Jewish settlers renew attacks on Palestinians in Al-Khalil
AL-KHALIL, (PIC)-- Jewish settlers from the Abraham settlement in Al-Khalil city on Saturday set fire to a Palestinian home after breaking into and ransacking it, local sources reported.
They said that a number of settlers stormed the home of Nidal Al-Eiwiwi and wreaked havoc in it then started fire in the house after leaving it.
The blaze destroyed a number of rooms before the fire brigade arrived and extinguished it. A number of citizens were treated for suffocation while trying to put off the fire due to the heavy smoke that billowed from the targeted home.
Herds of fanatic settlers have been waging destructive attacks on Palestinians in the Old City of Al-Khalil, mosques and property for the past five day with no serious intervention on the part of the Israeli occupation authority to curb the attackers.
