Tony, with his one cell "mind" never realized the geopolitical facts neither in Iraq and Afghanistan, nor in Lebanon and Gaza (His Birth Place)
Driven by his "greaet love" to Syria, Iran and Hamas, and his Jewiss "peace dove" eating too much Zio-carpage yards, he should do it. Should discharge, and he did it....
His Title assumes that Iran accepted the US, EU demand for help for a price... Nice, I would say they shall not do it, as Arab regimes, for Free.
The question is: WHAT IT THE PRICE???
And
Would the Great Satan is ready to pay it??? IN ADVANCE
Let us wait and SEE... Results COUNTS, as he said
Meanwhile, don't miss it

Real News Video with Gareth Porter: The geopolitical fact of Iraq
Porter: The US will have to leave Iraq to a government that tilts more to Iran than to the US
"Speaking of President Obama's withdrawal plan from Iraq, Paul Jay talks to Gareth Porter, investigative historian and journalist on Iran-Iraq relations. Porter says that in spite of the U.S. efforts to create a U.S. - friendly regime, "Iraq is going to be under a Shi'ite government which leans more towards Iran than towards the United States. That's a geopolitical fact that all the U.S. troops in the world are not going to change.""

Tun Tfuuuuuu
I suggest highlighting the LAST sentence:
"That's a geopolitical fact that all the U.S. troops in the world are not going to change."
They failed to change it (the geopolitical facts) in Iraq, in Lebanon, in Goergia, and shall fail in Afhganistan.
