AWARD FOR BEST LIAR GOES TO ISRAEL

Link

Israel turns "Lying" into an Olympic sporting event:

Well now, don’t Israeli schools teach their children not to become liars? Evidently not, they skipped right over the lessons on compassion, understanding, sympathy, empathy, fairness, and not to steal from others. But most of all not to be liars. Israel excels at lying; in fact, if they were ever confronted with the truth they would have real problems recognizing it as is evident in my post below.

What does the 15th of October and the 4th of November have in common? PLENTY..... On both dates Israel created utter and total fabrications out of thin air and then spread the lies around the world. More after this, click to enlarge detail:

LIE #1
First it was that “rocket Hezbollah was moving in Lebanon” which, I might add, Israel then used to attack inside Lebanon. The “rocket” was, in fact, a sliding door. A terrorist sliding door, able to cause massive trauma to an IDF soldier’s thumb if dropped from a high place. See here:
15/10/2009 LINK It’s, once again, the Israeli “creativity” in fabricating stories…

Unfortunately, it’s also once again the Lebanese and Arab “creativity” in “adopting” the Israeli “imagination” and spreading it…

On Monday, breaking news constituted the headlines in Lebanon, the Arab world and the Zionist entity. A “vague” blast hit the southern town of Teir Felsay causing a large number of deaths and injuries, including a member of Hezbollah and his son.
This is how the Lebanese had to receive the information at first to perceive, just a few hours later, that all what happened was a small blast that wounded just one person.

Yet, the Israeli “originality” didn’t end here. The Zionist entity, that decided once again to resort to the “fair” international community and file a “complaint” against Lebanon, decided to enlarge the issue by adding to it some “pepper and spice.”

This is how an Israeli video found its space in the Israeli media but also in the Lebanese and Arab media. The video, produced by the Israeli enemy’s army, showed some Lebanese men as “removing dozens of rockets” out of Nasser Issa’s home after Monday’s blast.

This is what Israel sought to claim. And to serve this goal, Israel Army spokeswoman Avital Leibowitz said the video was shot by an unmanned drone. He claimed the video showed militants removing the rockets in two trucks before allowing in UN investigators. Also removed was a particularly large piece of equipment that could be a large rocket or a type of launcher according to the Zionist “observer.”
But, once again, the Israeli “imagination” uncovered and the fake “rocket” discovered by the Israeli army was found to be… a sliding door!

Indeed, Al-Manar aired a video tape which contradicted Israeli claims and showed a sliding door and some furniture being removed from the house of Nasser Issa in Teir Felsay!

Once again, this is the Israeli “tradition” of fabricating lies and then, believing them!
LIE # 2
And then we move forward in “Israeli Time” to just over a week ago when Israel reported the “massive arms cache” that was definitely from Iran, via Syria, to Hezbollah in Lebanon. But, the IDF saved the day and captured, or should I say Israeli pirates captured it in international waters, AFTER the Americans told them to, then hijacked the boat to Israel where the “weapons” were unloaded in secret, for Israeli eyes only, then displayed to the world for days. First problem surfaced days later when Lloyd’s of London, the insurer of the boat issued a statement saying the boat never docked in Iran. So the Israeli “Olympic Liar Team” got creative and made up another story, this time telling the world the boat was unloaded and then RELOADED in Egypt. Problem number 2 then surfaced. Egypt said it never happened. Ok, back to the drawing board for Israel. So they then publish pictures to “prove” they have these weapons. Enter problem number 3, the tags on the so called “weapons cargo box” has an Iranian sticker, upon that sticker it gives the ministry of origination. And lo and behold, that ministry has not been in operation OR existence for over 20 years. Yes, you guessed it, problem number 4, the weapons were nothing but old weapons Israel seized years ago and were attempting to pass them off as this so called “cache “ they took off the boat that never docked in Iran and never had any weapons on it. See below:

LINK After Israel released photos it said proved that a huge shipment of weapons for Hezbollah came from Tehran, Iranian news agencies publish evidence showing that the photos are forged. Israeli naval sources recently claimed that they found a large cache of Iranian-made arms when they stormed a vessel near Cyprus in the Mediterranean Sea. They claimed that the ship was heading for the Hezbollah resistance movement, either in Lebanon or Syria.

Iran instantly dismissed the claims, issuing a statement with which it condemned Israel's many acts of piracy in international waters. But the Israeli government persisted in its accusations, releasing what it claimed to be photos and documents in an effort to implicate the Iranian government in the matter.

The photos and documents were carried by a number of leading newspapers in the West, including The Los Angeles Times. "The Israeli regime has made a fool of itself with regards to what it claims to be evidence that Iran was sending weapons to Hezbollah," IRNA news agency said on Monday. "Take a close look at the photos, one of which merely shows a couple of boxes labeled 'Ministry of Sepah' without providing corroborative evidence that they came from Iran, and you will see the huge gaffe committed by Israel," it added.

The article explained that Iran's Ministry of Sepah gave its place to the Defense Ministry more than twenty years ago. "So this begs the question of what the emblem of a nonexistent body was doing on the cargo?" "It seems the American daily has failed to get its facts straight, or on the other hand, maybe it is getting its cue from the Israeli leadership," said the news agency.

"In any case, the newspaper should know that if a country plans to send a secret arms cargo to another, it will not brand the shipment with a full description of the batch." "Tel Aviv's baseless claims [about Iran providing Hezbollah with military] are evidently designed to justify another Israeli attack on Lebanon." Yadollah Javani, the Director of the Political Bureau of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), said last week that the claims were intended to divert attention from a UN report detailing Israeli war crimes in Gaza.

"These accusations are nothing but an Israeli ruse to deflect international attention from the Goldstone report as they move closer to the war crimes tribunal [at the International Criminal Court (ICC)]," noted Brigadier General Javani. He was referring to the 575-page report headed by Jewish South African judge Richard Goldstone, which detailed numerous acts of war crimes and human rights violations committed by Israeli soldiers during their incursion into Gaza.

"Israeli officials have a longstanding tendency to level baseless accusations against others when they are in serious trouble," he added. Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri also dismissed the charges, questioning why the Israelis had failed to detain the crew, if the ship was supposedly carrying weapons. Berri said that while Hezbollah has the right to obtain arms from “anywhere in the world,” it is pretty obvious that Israel made the claims to fudge the issue of its war crimes in Gaza.
