What are the goals of your mission?

..... We believe that Syria is a key country in the region, not only for political reasons. Economically and geographically, Syria is very important as well. That is why it was nonsense to try to isolate Syria. It was not feasible and ended up being politically counterproductive. So my task is clear: to build upon this political dynamic in order to strengthen our political, economic, cultural and social relations. This will not necessarily be easy, but it is a clear goal.
