Not coming from a religious background personally, I was never too concerned about when the “Messiah’ would come or who it might be. I had heard various opinions about who he might be and when he would ‘reveal’ himself, but again, was never particularly interested enough to waste time on this matter.
I always was, however, under the impression that the ‘revelation’ would come when the world became a perfect place for ALL of humanity. There are various opinions on this, which can be seen in THIS link.
What I find interesting today is that the very people that are preventing the world from becoming that ‘perfect place’ are preparing to build a Third Temple in Jerusalem in preparation of his ‘arrival’. Here too, there are various opinions as to when the Third Temple should be built, some of which can be seen in THIS link.
A video presented here shows some that are engaged in the preparation of the construction, they are representatives of one of the many ‘tourist traps’ which one can find in Jerusalem. One that has proven over the years to be quite a profitable business…..
Another group involved are the very people that I see responsible for the Messiah NOT coming in our lifetime. The very people that are so consumed with hatred that even if he does ‘reveal’ himself, they would probably crucify him the same way they have crucified every decent Jewish principle ever recorded. A video of these fanatics follows…..
Some of the participants in the above video represent the most extreme fascist elements within the settler movement in Israel. They are the very same people that continue KILLING THE FAMILY OF JESUS on a daily basis.
I am not insinuating in any way that Jesus is or was the Messiah, I am merely pointing out the FACTS of who those fanatics are. There were many that claimed (or have been claimed) to be the Messiah, Jesus was not the only one…. a list of the many claimants can be seen in THIS link.
It is sad to see what I consider to be wasted efforts on the part of those involved in such projects. Rather than build temples they could be building homes for the thousands of Palestinians they have rendered homeless throughout the Occupied West Bank and in Gaza. Perhaps if they attempted to show love instead of hatred, the Messiah they speak of just might reveal himself. Somehow I doubt that will happen soon.
The very people I speak of are the ones keeping the world a very dark place as the image on top portrays.
An Islamic view on this matter can be seen HERE.
