GAZA - The Hamas delegation's paid its third visit to Moscow on Monday, headed by Hamas politburo chief Khalid Mash'al's for talks with the Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov on the unresolved issue of the Palestinian reconciliation and to reach a momentum. Mash'al speaking to the news media after the meetings on Monday, accused Israeli leaders of "playing games", and the Israelis alley, the United States of obstructing the progress of Palestinian unity efforts, at the cost of a prolonged Palestinian suffering.

Mash'al said that the US peremptory way of insisting on a peace process, is in fact delaying a Palestinian reconciliation. According to Khaled Masha'l; there are currently no possibilities to reach Palestinian unity, due to several unfavorable and critical circumstances. The US disregard of that the current Israeli government is not a Palestinian partner in peace, the Israeli government is characterized by a clear expression of ill will towards the Palestinian people and it's parliamentary elected leaders.

Khaled Mash'al said, what Hamas have stated previously, that; "Hamas wants reconciliation with Fatah as soon as possible, meanwhile having addressed the obstacles towards reaching unity, which includes the US tendense to domineer, ordering the parties returning to peace talks. Regarding the initial Egyptian unity-document, Masha'l affirmed that Hamas is ready to sign, however he noted that the current version, after it was altered, was signed by Fatah officials, without consulting Hamas about the modifications.

Khaled Masha'l said that, without the US policy of interference in Palestinian internal disputes, resuming the negotiation of the content in the unity document, would be uninterrupted and marked by fair-mindedness. Masha'l concluded, telling the Russion newspaper Vremya Novostei that - "it is within reach to restore unity between the Palestinians, but only if the US desists from obstructing the end of division"- and " that the obstacle still remain - it is the alterations that were made in the Egyptian reconciliation proposal, without consulting the party of Hamas".

According to Osama Hamdan, one of Hamas representatives in the delegation to Moscow and Hamas representative to Lebanon - "Hamas plans to discuss issues in Moscow which are related to the prospects of internal Palestinian dialogue and the peace process with Israel. Hamas delegates also wish to discuss solutions to other issues throughout the region, the talks with Russian foreign ministry will not solely be based on Palestinian affairs, adding that the Russian stance is - "very important" to Hamas.Russia remains the only member of the Middle East Quartet to openly talk with Hamas.During the meetings Sergey Lavrov ensured Mash'al that Moscow are supportive in Palestinian reconciliation,

At a reception here in Gaza City,Ismail Haniyeh, the PM of the Palestinian cabinet in Gaza, said on Monday that a blockade and walls surrounding Gaza would not force the Palestinians to submit to external control.- "The continued blockade and the escalation of the siege is aimed at bringing down the Palestinian government and making the Palestinian people to bow to their oppressors."

Gaza is encircled from the north, the east, and from the south,to force it's people to raise a white flag and surrender " - Haniyeh said, explaining that the Egyptian underground steel wall, is aimed to thwart alleged smuggling of weapons in to Gaza,( the tunnels is/has served as a life-nerve into Gaza of food, fuel and medicine) - would not have the desired effect.

Ismail Haniyeh said during the gathering in Gaza, that the Hamas government - "is entering its fourth year anniversary in the next few days, and despite the siege, the blockade an the Israelis devastating war on Gaza one year ago, no one can deny the accomplishments and successes made in achieving security, order and stability, chaos prevention and restoring the system of courts of law for the administration of justice."Haniyeh compared the Hamas governing to the West Bank's "care-taking", which on a daily bases include the harassment. the abduction and sometimes torture of members and high officials of Hamas for political reasons, Ismail Haniyeh assured that Hamas only used force when it was/is necessary and in these cases the use of force is limited.

Salah al-Bardawi, a negotiator with the Egyptians and Hamas spokes person, said on Monday to the press that the Islamic movement is "hoping that Hamas security services in the West Bank will take necessary measures to stop violations against Hamas leaders and supporters,in particular shutting down Hamas institutions and the political related abductions of Hamas members".
