NAZARETH, (PIC)-- Tzipi Livni, the leader of the main opposition Kadima party in Israel, has lashed out at the policy of premier Benjamin Netanyahu saying that it led to the isolation of Israel in the world.
She said in a speech at Bar Ilan university on Sunday that the interests of the ruling coalition government were on a collision course with the interests of Israel.
Livni said that when American president Barack Obama calls for a two-state solution he was not acting hostile to Israel but rather served its interests.
The head of the Kadima parliamentary bloc Dalia Itzik, for her part, also said that Israel's status in the world was on downward spiral.
She said that that the Kadima bloc will force the premier to think of Israel's interest rather than of his political future.
