NABLUS, (PIC)-- The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Tuesday served notices to owners of nine houses in Yetma village, south of Nablus city, at the pretext they were built without permit.
Local sources said that the IOF soldiers stormed the village and headed to the nine houses to deliver them the notices, saying that they were built in E zone in which any building, according to the Oslo agreement, should have permission from the IOA before its construction.
The sources noted that the soldiers tried to evacuate one of the homes that was notified of demolition two years ago but the owners refused and exchanged heated arguments with the troops.

OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (PIC)-- Amid high tension, the Israeli police forces tightened Tuesday its siege on Issawiya town in occupied Jerusalem after they raided the town yesterday in the context of ethnic cleansing campaigns that target Palestinians all over the holy city.
Palestinian eyewitnesses said that a huge number of Israeli policemen and border guards along with civil servants from the municipal council and the income tax department stormed Issawiya town on Monday.
They affirmed that the Israeli troops are still patrolling the streets and alleys and stationed at the two main entrances to the town.
The Israeli policemen and civil servants distributed demolition orders against a number of Palestinian homes, facilities and stores, and raided commercial stores to collect taxes and fines.
Local sources affirmed that Israel plans to demolish 150 homes in the southeastern area of the town after the Israeli municipal committee of planning and building in Jerusalem rejected the architectural blueprints that were submitted by Bimkom organization on behalf of Palestinian citizens in Issawiya.
In another incident, sources active in defending Palestinian lands reported that the Israeli occupation authority (IOA) issued a military order for the confiscation of large tracts of agricultural lands owned by Palestinian citizens in Al-Khalil city, south of the West Bank, in order to build a road connecting the settlement of Kiryat Arba with the Ibrahimi Mosque.
The sources said that the IOA gave the landowners one week to file legal objections, pointing that the lands are planted in olive trees, plum trees and vines and owned by four Palestinian citizens.
