This came during the fifth Ramadan breakfast banquet held by the Salam charity funded by the Tayseer society for marriage and development in northern Gaza.
During the event which included dozens of Palestinians who were injured during the Israeli war against the Gaza Strip, Haneyya directed several messages to various channels.
In his first message, Haneyya spoke about steadfastness, sacrifice, and effort to liberate Palestine, adding that Palestine’s war casualties have demonstrated resilience and steadfastness against the enemy, while committing themselves to rights and Palestinian constants at all costs.
His second message discussed Israel’s brutality, clarifying the occupation government’s crimes and terrorism, and giving remembrance to the victims of its last war on Gaza.
Haneyya addressed in his third message “those who go into direct negotiations without a ‘national cover’,” noting that the PA and its de facto president Mahmoud Abbas “turn their backs on the torture and blood shed by the Palestinian people daily.”
In his final message he stressed the Palestinian government’s full commitment not to abandon the wounded or undermine their blood and suffering.
