If Obama utters the word, Mubarak would leave. If he or Hillary says officially that the US asks Mubarak to step down, the puppet would leave. It is as simple as that. But those words have not been uttered: there is the Egyptian-Israeli peace treaty after all.
If this was Iran or Cuba , The UN Security Council would have issued its fifth resolution on the matter, and the US Congress would have issued two or three unanimous resolutions by now.
