TULKAREM, (PIC)-- Abbas Al-Sayyed, commander of the Qassam Brigades in Tulkarem who is serving 36 life- imprisonment terms in the Israeli Rimon jail, has decided to go on hunger strike protesting incarceration conditions in jail, his wife said.
"My husband was placed in underground solitary confinement, and the Israeli jailors confiscated all his possessions, leaving him for few days there before sending him back to the solitary conferment in the Rimon jail where he spent one year isolated till now, prompting him to go on hunger strike till he is released from the solitary confinement" she added.
She appealed to all human rights and legal institutions to help end the ordeal of her husband and to pressure the Israeli occupation authorities allow him family visit, noting that he was denied family visit for more than one year now.

According to Wajdi's mother, the militia allowed her a visit to her son on Thursday, but refused to leave the two in the room specified for visits, and forced them to talk in front of them in the interrogation room.
"My son told me that he was still holding on his hunger strike till he is released because he is innocent and he was detained without charges, and when the interrogators heard him saying that they grabbed and pushed him inside telling me that the visit was over and I had to go home", the mother underlined.
The family of Taha held the PA security forces and Mahmoud Abbas responsible for his life, urging human rights institutions to help them know anything about their son.
Taha, a civil engineer, was kidnapped last September and held without charges. The PA security forces refused to release him till now despite court decisions ordering his immediate release.
