AL-KHALIL, (PIC)-- Israeli occupation forces (IOF) detained ten Palestinians in the Ramadin village, south of Al-Khalil, on Tuesday morning for participating in a peaceful march against settlement activity.
Local sources said that the IOF soldiers assaulted the marchers and beat up many of them before arresting the citizens who included the secretary general of the popular anti wall committees, Azmi Shuyukhi.
Local sources said that the IOF soldiers rounded up 22 Palestinians at dawn Tuesday in various West Bank areas including MP Nasser Abdul Jawad after raiding their homes and searching them.
They recalled that the soldiers arrested a Palestinian teen from Jenin city while trying to cross a roadblock near the village of Yabad on Monday night.
