Salehi: “Israel” Extension of US in ME, Won’t Last Week of Real War

Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi affirmed that despite the "Israeli" escalating war rhetoric against Iran, the Zionist entity remains "too small to survive one week of real war".

In an interview with Danish TV2 Channel, Minister Salehi said, "First of all we take every little threat serious even if it comes from the weakest country in the world".

However, Salehi asserted that his country does not consider the "Israeli" claims as "real threats".
"What is "Israel"? It is such a small entity that it cannot withstand one week of real war; not one week", Salehi added.

Moreover, Iran's Foreign Minister emphasized that if the "Israeli" enemy really decided to attack the Iranian nuclear facilities, Iran would resort to a "one" response of "full force".

"If "Israel" ever makes that mistake [attacking Iran's nuclear sites], that will set the time for the end of "Israel". They know it very well... We don't consider "Israel" a country. "Israel" is an entity, the extension of the US influence in the Middle East... So, the real threat is the US", Salehi added.

"Israel" has been lately escalating its anti-Iran war rhetoric, claiming that Tehran is seeking "nuclear" weapons from its nuclear program.

Iran has strictly rebuffed claims that it is after a nuclear bomb, asserting that its nuclear program is peaceful, and used only for technological and domestic developments.

Unlike "Israel", Iran is a signatory of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, and all its nuclear projects are under the supervision of the UN Nuclear Watchdog, as it also is a member of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
