Preparations for Suing MP Saqr before European Judiciary

Both media and judicial authorities wait Future MP Okab Saqr's reaction to the holidays gift he received from the Syrian TV: new recordings that included no infant's milk or blankets but rather new devices and military aids.

As both media and judicial authorities expect that Saqr will blatantly deny the accustaions and claim that the new recordings are forged, they predict another party of insults and political obscenity similar to that that the public opinion witnessed in the 1st recordings.

Meanwhile, well-informed Syrian media sources look forward to Saqr's response because according to them, the more he talks, the more he will fall.

"Saqr is involved in the Syrian crisis to his core," the sources mentioned, and noted that "he leads the Syrian militants from Turkey under the commission of the head of the Future Party Saad Hariri."

However, Turkey and Saudi Arabia Kingdom blamed Hariri over the new recordings, and asked him to contain the implications of what happened.

On the judicial level, al-Ahed news site learned that more than 85 lawyers working in the field of human rights are preparing for a complaint file supported by around 71 documents.

The lawyers attempt to sue MP Saqr before European courts, in addition to the lawsuits filed before Lebanese courts.

For his part, lawyer Rashad Salameh revealed that he was still waiting the Lebanese prosecutors decision.

He further reminded of the general prosecution's decision to conduct technical analysis for both recordings: the ones aired by OTV channel and those provided by MP Saqr himself; if he had already provided them to the Lebanese judicial authority.

On the recent recordings published by Syrian TV ,Salameh noted that he quickly briefed those tapes through al-Akhbar Lebanese daily.

"If we find new evidences in this tapes, we have the right to submit a memorandum to the Public Prosecution, including all details that would enhance the filed complaint against Saqr," he clarified.

It is worth mentioning that General Prosecutor Judge Hatem Madi will combine all lawsuits filed against MP Saqr, based on the criminal correlation rule.

توجه لمحاكمة النائب صقر أمام القضاء الاوروبي

تترصد جهات اعلامية وقضائية بدقة ما ستكون عليه ردة فعل نائب "المستقبل" عقاب صقر رداً على التسجيلات الأخيرة التي عرضها التلفزيون السوري، وهي ان كانت غير متفاجئة بصمته حتى الآن بسبب عطلة الأعياد، تتوقع أن ينفي الأخير في أول ظهور مرتقب له ما نسب اليه من تسجيلات جديدة وأن يعمد الى إدعاء تزويرها وتسفيهها بالالفاظ النابية بنفس الاسلوب الذي تعاطى به مع التسجيلات الاولى. وفي هذا السياق، تشير مصادر اعلامية سورية متابعة الى أنها تترقب رد النائب صقر لانه كلما رد أكثر كلما وقع أكثر، مؤكدة أن صقر متورط بالشأن السوري حتى النخاع، كاشفة أنه هو من يقود المسلحين السوريين من تركيا بتكليف من النائب الحريري، ولافتة في الوقت ذاته الى أن تركيا والسعودية حملتاه مسؤولية ما كشف من تسجيلات، وطلبتا منه لملمة تداعيات ما حصل. وعلى المسار القضائي، فقد علم موقع "العهد" الاخباري أن أكثر من 85 محام عامل في مجال حقوق الانسان عملوا على تحضير ملف شكوى مدعمة بأكثر من 71 مستند، حيث من المرتقب أن يلجأوا للتحرك قضائياً ضد النائب صقر أمام محاكم اوروبية، وذلك بالتوازي مع الدعاوى المرفوعة عليه أمام المحاكم اللبنانية. سلامة لـ"العهد": التسجيلات الجديدة قيد الدرس وبحال وجدت أدلة تعزز ملف الدعوى سأتقدم بها أما فيما يخص الدعوى المقدمة من الجمهورية العربية السورية ضد النائب عقاب صقر وآخر مستجداتها، فيشير وكيل الادعاء المحامي رشاد سلامة في حديث لموقع "العهد" الاخباري الى أنه ما زال ينتظر قرار النيابة العامة التمييزية التي وضعت يدها على الملف سواء من خلال الشكوى التي تقدم بها شخصياً بالوكالة عن دولة سوريا أو من خلال الاجراءات التي باشرتها النيابة العامة فعلاً قبل تقديم الشكوى، مذكراً بما كانت قد أعلنته النيابة العامة التمييزية سابقاً من أنها ستجري تحليلاً فنياً وتقنياً لكل التسجيلات سواء تلك التي عرضتها قناة الـ"OTV " أو تلك التي وفرها النائب صقر لها بنفسه إذا كان قد وفرها فعلاً، وذلك للتأكد من التلاعب بها، في سياق مهام التحقيق بشكل عام. وحول ما إذا كان سيضم الاشرطة الجديدة التي عرضها التلفزيون السوري الى ملف الدعوى، يشير المحامي سلامة الى أنه إطلع بشكل سريع على تلك الاشرطة من خلال ما نشرته جريدة "الاخبار" وكما هي منشورة، لافتاً الى أنه سيعاود التدقيق والتمحيص بها، موضحاً أنه "إذا وجد فيها ما يوفر له أدلة جديدة، لديه الحق بأن يقدم مذكرة للنيابة العامة تضم كل جديد من شأنه أن يعزز الشكوى المقدمة من قبله". ويشير المحامي سلامة الى أنه سيتريث حتى تكتمل صورة التسجيلات الجديدة والتي يتوقع أن تعرض أجزاء أخرى منها، وأنه سينتظر رد النائب صقر، وما يرشح من جديد ومن اضافات كأدلة أو قرائن اضافية تعزز الدعوى الموجودة. فكل ما هو جديد يضم للملف بناء لطلبه أو بناء على تحرك النيابة العامة تلقائياً. يشار الى أنه من المرتقب أن يلجأ مدعي عام التمييز القاضي حاتم ماضي الى ضم جميع الدعاوى المقدمة ضد النائب صقر وذلك بفعل التلازم الجرمي.
