Al-Aqsa Association for Waqf and Heritage said in a press statement Thursday
morning that around 110 officers from the Israeli forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque
in Jerusalem from Bab al-Magharbeh Gate.
Dozens of settlers also raided the mosque, protected by Israeli forces, and
made a provocative tour of the area, while hundreds of Palestinian worshipers
inside the mosque were alerted.
The Al-Aqsa Association also said that Israeli occupation forces have
recently escalated their attacks on the mosque and call on Islamic nations to
stand by Palestinians, and protect the al-Aqsa mosque from continuous Israeli
attacks and attempts to control it.
