Three dozen angry messages defeated a Seattle bus advertisement about Israeli war crimes. The already approved ads were killed specifically because angry supporters of Israeli politics threatened the Seattle Metro bus line with violence.

"You are trully (sic) disgusting and despicable...... and just remember 'karma' what comes around goes around!!! Oh and by the way, if you dumb asses at the King County Metro Pull more shit!!!!! We will be on you like stink on a monkey!!! Cause guess what, we Jews are not the same as the Jews of Europe during the Second World War!! We get pissed off. We take action!!!!!"

I can only imagine the havoc that would accompany this story if the tables were turned. If Muslim people had dared to threaten violence over the rejection of a bus advertisement you would have the FBI crawling in every dark corner of people's lives.

"I think I will organize a group to 'riot' at your bus stops."

As a general rule, Americans have and do generally accept that democracy means having to put up with things we are not always comfortable with. That is the price we pay for free speech. We have to ensure that even our perceived enemies are granted the right to express themselves in a public forum or we're not worth our own salt.

But when Israel's backers threaten violence; actually state that they will harm an American public transportation system, they get their way, goosestepping right over the First Amendment.

The FBI is supposed to investigate violations of Civil Rights, where are they? Once again, everyone qualifies for protection from racism except for the occupied Palestinians.

Speaking of the FBI, they would be able to talk at length about laws regarding intimidation if they chose to:

I think a 'direct threat of violence' and 'causing a death' go hand in hand. I also have a hard time believing that at least two of the people who sent the threatening messages to the Seattle officials don't have a level of familiarity, in fact they probably coordinated their attacking threats. I suspect many of my Jewish friends would describe people like these as an embarrassment.

Israel's war crimes are not an opinion and Americans pay the bill for them. All decent people with a realistic moral structure should be outraged. Numerous Israeli people are now wanted by the War Crimes Tribunal as a result of very serious allegations.

That is the conclusion of United Nations Judge Richard Goldstone, who conducted the investigation of Israel's war crimes in Gaza following 'Operation Cast Lead' that left over 1400 people dead. He filed "the Goldstone Report". He is a Jew, but that didn't stop the Honorable Judge Goldstone from being honest or admitting the faults of Israel, which are rampant and horrific. Until these crimes are corrected and the people brought to justice, the violence among Palestinian civilians continues.

As far as war crimes go, one example is Israel's deputy defense minister Matan Vilnai, who on Friday, 29 February 2008, threatened Palestinians in Gaza with a "holocaust" He told Israeli Army Radio: "The more Qassam fire intensifies and the rockets reach a longer range, [the Palestinians] will bring upon themselves a bigger holocaust because we will use all our might to defend ourselves."

This is why the bus ads were extremely important. The people against the advertisements are defending Israel's use of white phosphorous and depleted uranium on civilian populations, they are standing up for terrible crimes against women and children.

If you back Israel, you can get your way - that seems to be the message Seattle officials are sending to the rest of the nation. It appears that a pro-Israeli cell in the region has amassed enough power and leverage to bring the occupation of Palestine straight to the Northwest.

Seattle officials should have put the ads on the buses and let the events unfold. Those who made threats should be charged with the appropriate crimes. As you will learn in this article, police in the US have very different laws for African-American men who supposedly incite a riot. One of the threatening messages writers specifically threatened to riot. Not protest, but "riot". That means that if this individual had rioted, it would have clearly been a pre-meditated act.

King County Filing: 40 - Justia Dockets & FilingsThe advertisement was approved and scheduled to run on twelve buses for four weeks, starting on December 27, 2010. But on December 17, 2010, the local news media reported that this advertisement was scheduled to run.

In the days following the news coverage, King County received numerous telephone calls and e-mails from members of the public, the fast majority of which were negative.

Of the communications that were produced by King County in opposition to Plaintiff's motion, four suggest an intention to disrupt or vandalize buses, four communicate violent intentions, approximately twenty express concern for rider safety, and approximately eight strongly disapprove of the advertisement's message.

The messages in this category are:

"If you want to see how tough Jews can be, then go ahead and run those despicable ads and we'll see who has the last word on this. If you run these ads we will work together with our Jewish friends and others to shut Metro down" Bush Decl. (Dkt.#22) Ex. A at 4;

"I am a law abiding citizen that would have no qualms defacing the mesage if given the opportunity. I will also be glad to form a peaceful human blockade of buses that I help pay for that are promoting racist messages" Bush Decl. (Dket#22), Ex. A at 7;

"I think I will organize a group to 'riot' at your bus stops." Brezonick Decl. (dkt.#22) Ex. A at 7;

"I will personally throw paint at any such sign, and stand and wait for prosecution - I want a forum in court!" Brezonick Decl. Ex. C at 23

Then the next batch of comments sinks lower, eschewing more violent threat and outwardly insulting the Seattle Metro officials.

"An attorney who says the signs are permitted under the First Amendment is forcing me to conduct violence just to prove that I am really upset at these horrible World War2 kinds of hatred signs," Bush Decl. Ex.A ar 5,

"Maybe you should take note that you just 'incited ME to anger all the way from Austin, Texas! You want WAR against the Jewish people??? You got it!" Brezonick Decl., Ex.B at 13,

"So help me God I better not see one of those ads on a bus. I might not be able to control myself, I'm not sure. Seattle=Nazi's". Breconick Decl. Ex.B at 19

This pro-Israeli bullying is all salt in the wounds of the people Israel regularly abuses and violates the rights of; the Palestinians. Palestine has been steadily overtaken by Israel since the inception of the Jewish state in the years following World War Two.

JEWS ALLOWED TO THREATEN RIOT, BLACKS JAILED FOR SAME

18-year-old African American high school student Jeremy Marks, witnessed and videotaped an incident involving a Los Angeles United School District Police officer and a 15-year-old African American student near Verdugo Hills High School.

The police officer beat the student; pepper sprayed him and brutally smashed his head through a bus window. The L.A. District Attorney’s office claims Jeremy yelled something and that amounted to trying to “incite a riot during an attempt to free a suspect from police custody.”
This charge is baseless, as other bystander videos of the incident show.

For taping the incident, Jeremy was thrown into adult jail and kept there to rot for nearly nine months. His bail was set at $155,000. Jeremy was only able to get out of jail in late December after his parents and supporters fought tooth-and-nail to get the word out and won support for the case.

Now, Jeremy is facing up to seven years in prison—all for catching the police beating a student on camera. The LA cops are still waging a race war in LA all these years after the Watts Riots. The white man of Southern California is often more racist that you would expect; at least when you talk about the right wing set, which there is no shortage of.

So people in the land of the free, if you are Jewish and a racist supporter of Israel, then it is a good day for you. When you think about it, everything about Israel systematically connects to racism. It is the same in Afghanistan; you have to be the right religion and culture or you are a sub-human.

Both are great friends of the United States.

If you are African-American or a Truth/Justice/Peace type like myself, it probably doesn't fly too well with you. In the end Americans are probably in a close proximity to some real potential hazards and Israel is 100% to thank for it. It seems Israel lifted not just endless billions of US tax dollars to create a genocidal government, but also the American's soul along the way.

RESPECT FOR THE HOLOCAUST

It is a hard and tragic fact that millions of Jewish people and Roma and academics and journalists were murdered in the Holocaust. It is an even bigger tragedy that the six million number is dwarfed by the total number of civilian casualties killed; tens of millions from all sides.

t is not hard to understand on one hand, why Israel was formed, but there has never been fairness because a large percentage of the land Israel now claims truly belongs to other people; those who were there first. There always was at least a small number of Jewish people in Palestine, but before Israel everyone was able to coexist. Among other things, the Palestinians were far from Nazi Germany and did not have even the slightest involvement with the Holocaust.

Today Israel maintains walls and fences around all Palestinian areas and constantly condemns and bulldozes the homes of Palestinian people in order to establish new illegal "Jewish settlements" which are planted in many cases on ancient Palestinian village sites.

Palestinian children are regularly harassed and injured by these "settlers" who are religious fanatics, as hard to reason with as any who hail from the Muslim faith.

Groups like Christian Peacemaker Teams and the International Solidarity Movement regularly protect Palestinians and sometimes die in the process. Israel kills, maims and harms human beings every day because they are not members of the "correct" religion. In Israel Jewish people have roads the Palestinians are not allowed to use; many. There are different laws for Arabs and Jews; Israel, a supposed 'democracy', has laws almost exactly like those of South Africa's former government, which was a racist nation formerly protected by, and friends with, both the US and the UK.
