'Hariri Carnival' from the top down: "Cassese Abandons Ship!"
"... Citing health problems, the president of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon, Judge Antonio Cassese, announced he was resigning from his post on Sunday. "I do not feel able to provide the leadership that the Tribunal requires and deserves," he added.
The court has already announced Cassese’s replacement: David Baragwanath of New Zealand..."
