Exclusive to SyrPer: We can confirm a perfectly laid ambush that almost netted the leader of the Jaysh Al-Islaam (yawn), “The Army of Islam”, the wanted Saudi-paid criminal, Zahraan ‘Alloosh. The ambush was laid by the Syrian security services whose precise identity we are not allowed to reveal. Don’t believe the announcement by his organization that the trap was set by ISIS, because it was not, simple. ‘Alloosh’s movements in the Doumaa area have been monitored for weeks by Syrian Military Intelligence and it was only a matter of time before the homicidal maniac would be brought to justice. The trap was intended to arrest ‘Alloosh who has very intimate knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s role in the conflict inside Syria and whose eventual testimony would hang Bandar bin Sultaan.
‘Alloosh is a diagnosed paranoid type who sees shadows in suntan parlors. His small convoy was spotted in Al-‘Ibb Farms moving in a southeasterly direction near a mosque. I have no actual details, naturally, of the specifics of the ambush except that the intent was not to kill him, but to take him prisoner. Instead, when his convoy came to a sudden stop for no evident reason other than to allow one of his bodyguards to relieve himself on the side of the road, another bodyguard emerged and began firing at a field. As it turned out, he was firing at a security officer who shot back. At that point in time, Syrian security agents opened full fire on the cars as they reversed direction and headed back into the deep farm areas.
The narrative that ISIS was behind the ambush is pure hooey for the reason that ISIS is run by Saudi and Turk intelligence who would not put their spoiled baby in any danger. That they tried to use this canard is proof that they cannot admit to the fact that the Syrian government is in the ascendant militarily and capable of tracking terrorist leaders’ movements with seemingly uncanny preciosity.
Reports are unconfirmed: ‘Alloosh was wounded in the battle. 2 of his bodyguards were critically wounded. No further information available.
