ADL: Ferguson is not Palestine

Rehmat

Palestine%20to%20Ferguson%204%20410[1]The violent protests in Ferguson has shown once again the ugly face of America’s racism toward its non-White minorities especially Blacks and Muslim, which is witnessed in occupied Palestine almost on daily basis. Some protesters, media outlets and bloggers have compared the two which has offended the pro-Israel Jewish lobby groups.
America’s highest-paid ($688,000 pre year) Israeli lobbyist Abraham Foxman slammed Reggie Bush, Detroit Lions running-back for posting a photo of Palestinian photo journalist Hamde Abu Rahma (watch him being shot at by Jew soldiers below) on his Instagram page on November 25. Rahma was holding a sign reading “the Palestinian people know what mean to be shot while unarmed because of your ethnicity, #Ferguson #Justice.”
Bush wrote: “No matter who you are, what color skin you have, where you live, we are all in this together! this isn’t a Ferguson problem it’s a Global Problem! We need change NOW! What happened to humanity? #Justice For Mike Brown.”
Abe Foxman in a statement said: “Bush should stick to football among other things.”
On December 2, 2011, American Jewish writer, Max Blumenthal, wrote that officers from all US internal law enforcement agencies especially the NYPD receive their anti-Muslim anti-protest training in the US or in Israel.
Having been schooled in Israeli tactics perfected during a 63 year experience of controlling, dispossessing, and occupying an indigenous population, local police forces have adapted them to monitor Muslim and immigrant neighborhoods in US cities. Meanwhile, former Israeli military officers have been hired to spearhead security operations at American airports and suburban shopping malls, leading to a wave of disturbing incidents of racial profiling, intimidation, and FBI interrogations of innocent, unsuspecting people. The New York Police Department’s disclosure that it deployed “counter-terror” measures against Occupy protesters encamped in downtown Manhattan’s Zuccotti Park is just the latest example of the so-called War on Terror creeping into every day life. Revelations like these have raised serious questions about the extent to which Israeli-inspired tactics are being used to suppress the Occupy movement,” Blumenthal said.
In September 2013, the Jewish Virtual Library broke the news on US-Israel Joint Police and Law Enforcement Training.
With the US on constant terror alert since the events of September 11, 2001, American police and enforcement are taking advantage of Israel’s expertise in various facets of counter-terrorism and first response to better protect the American people,” it said.
After his training trip to the Zionist entity in 2003, Boston police commissioner Paul F. Evans said: “We went to the country that has been dealing with the issue for 30 years. the police is the front line in combating terrorism. We were there to learn from them – their response, their efforts to deter it. They touch all the basis.”
In November 2011, a delegation of senior American law enforcement officials, including police commanders, security experts and FBI agents, went to Israel for a joint training seminar with Israel Occupation Force (IOF) officials sponsored by the Anti-Defamation League (ADL). Israeli Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said the program provided the visiting officials with an opportunity to learn from each other and their Israeli counterparts. The program covered topics such as border security and media response during crisis as well as overviewing strategies for treating mass casualties, performing rescue operations and establishing command and control at the scene of a terror attack.
In early September 2012, the New York Police Department (NYPD) opened an Israeli branch at the Sharon District Police Headquarters in the Israeli coastal city of Kfar Saba. The NYPD decision to open an Israeli branch rested on the fact that the Israeli police is one of the major police forces with which it must maintain close work relations and daily contact.
On August 19, 2014, Ebony magazine published an article by Kristain Davis Baily highlighting the collaboration between US law enforcement agencies and Israeli military and intelligence agencies.
Over 9,000 American officials have held training with Israeli police and military units on responding to civilian protests and terrorism. These operations reflect failure to distinguish between the apparent duty of police to protect civilians and military responses to war. This fusion has had life-costing implications for Americans, specifically black, Muslim and Arab people,” Bailey said.
