The above is a report produced by Russian language broadcaster Life News. Unless you speak Russian you won’t be able to understand it, but it does include some disturbing footage of a group of men who have been captured by ISIS and are in the process of being flogged by one of the mentally twisted militants–a man wielding a whip and who is being “assisted” in the administering of the punishment–by a small child. Sick.
In the video below we see ISIS launching what are described as “condom bombs,” helium balloon-carried explosives released apparently in hopes that Russian jets will collide with them. Amazing how they never launched any of these things when it was only the US-led coalition that was bombing them.
