Seven refugees, mostly children, died on Thursday when the boat they were traveling in sank after it collided with a patrol boat of the Greek Coast Guard off the island of Lesbos.
Greek harbor police said that search operations were still under way for the eighth migrant.
The dead were a baby, three children, two women, and a man, while 31 other migrants who were on the same boat were rescued.
Greek authorities announced an investigation to determine the circumstances of the collision between the wooden boat and a 30-meter long huge rotating vessel which is allocated to the high seas.
