Syrian Arab Army and Syrian Armed Forces Units on Saturday continued to launch wide-scale military operations against dens and positions of the mercenary-terrorist organizations in different areas across the country, inflicting heavy losses upon them in the arms and personnel.
Aleppo
Syrian Arab Army units, in cooperation with allied forces, achieved new progress in their continued operations to eliminate terrorist organizations in the eastern neighborhoods of Aleppo city.
Syrian army units and allied forces engaged in heavy clashes during the past few hours with mercenary-terrorist gangs in Karm al-Qaterji, a neighborhood to which the army restored stability and security to the eastern part of after killing a number of terrorists while the rest fled away.
Syrian army units also restored stability and security to large parts of the neighborhoods of al-Bab Road and al-Hilwania in eastern Aleppo after inflicting heavy losses on terrorists while others fled, leaving their weapons behind.
Later in the evening, a Syrian military source stated that an army unit, in cooperation with supporting forces, restored security and stability to blocks of buildings covering an area of 2 by 1 km in the neighborhoods of al-Halawaniya and al-Jazmati in eastern Aleppo.
Homs
The Syrian Air Force targeted Daesh terrorist sites and fortifications in Hweisis in Homs eastern countryside, destroying two bases for them and killing the terrorists inside.
A Syrian army unit inflicted heavy losses upon Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in the arms and personnel in bombardments against their positions in the northern countryside of Homs central province.
Local SANA reporters in Homs said that an army unit carried out a number of bombardments against positions and gatherings of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in Talbisa, 13 km to the north of Homs City.
The source added that one of the terrorists’ positions and a SUV were destroyed in the bombardments, in addition to killing scores of terrorists including terrorist Nader Diaa Abu Obaida, terrorist Adnan Khaled al-Khatib and terrorist Kamal Mohammad al-Hashem.
Hama
The Syrian army launched airstrikes against Jaish al-Fateh terrorists’ sites in Atshan, al-Zalakiyat, Kafrzita and al-Latamina in Hama northern countryside.
Headquarters, barricades and armored vehicles for terrorist were destroyed during the strikes, and scores of terrorists were killed.
Daraa
An army unit directed concentrated blows against gatherings and movements of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in Daraa al-Balad area and destroyed a tank, a cannon, a mortar launcher and a number of vehicles in al-Abbasiya neighborhood and several positions of terrorists to the west of the Electricity Establishment in al-Nazihin Camp.
Later in al-Nazihin Camp, an army unit destroyed a hideout for terrorists and a car transporting weapons and terrorists and eliminated a terrorist group in separate areas in the quarter.
Another group of terrorists had all its members killed or injured at the hands of an army unit in other areas in Daraa al-Balad
In Daraa al-Mahata neighborhood, an army unit carried out an accurate military operation against a terrorist group inside a den to the east of Busra Square, killing or injuring most of the terrorists.

Residents of Massaken Hanano neighborhood in Aleppo city have started to return to their houses after the army units and supporting forces have expelled the terrorists, established security and removed mines and bombs planted in the neighborhood.
Governor of Aleppo Hussein Diab said in a statement on Thursday 100 families including 600 members have already returned to the neighborhood and their houses after they had been staying at the makeshift centers.
Diab noted that Aleppo Governorate is working around the clock to provide all services to the families that have arrived in the neighborhood and rehabilitate the damaged infrastructure and facilities in the area and reopen blocked roads through removing debris and the terrorists’ barricades.
He went on saying that starting off next week, schools will be opened after being closed for more than four years under the terrorist siege and public buses will be rerun, stressing that food and fuel supplies and all other necessary requirements will be provided to the families in the neighborhood.
In a relevant context, families fleeing the terrorist-besieged eastern neighborhoods of Aleppo city continued to leave them.
Diab said that the Governorate has welcomed more than 350 people, raising the total number of people who managed to leave those neighborhoods to over 20,000.
