BEIRUT, LEBANON (6:20 A.M.) – The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and Liwaa Al-Quds (Palestinian paramilitary) are gearing up for their long-awaited west Aleppo offensive after the disheartening death of 70+ civilians due to a terrorist attack in the Al-Rashiddeen area of the province.
According to a military source in Aleppo, the Syrian Arab Army and their allies have decided to accelerate their preparations for the offensive in order to retaliate against the jihadist rebels that were responsible for this heinous attack on the civilians of Al-Fou’aa and Kafraya.
The theme of this upcoming offensive is payback for the terrorist attack that killed these civilians in southwest Aleppo; however, the Al-Rashiddeen area is not likely the target for this assault.
As expected, the Syrian Arab Army will target the jihadist rebel positions in the Al-Zahra’a Association Quarter and ‘Anadan Plain; these are two important areas that still have a large presence of Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham militants.
