NABLUS, (PIC)-- Palestinian citizens of the Iraq Burin village, Nablus district, on Saturday night repelled a group of Jewish setters who came from the nearby Yitzhar settlement to attack the village.
Witnesses said that the citizens monitored the settlers' attempt and blocked their entry into the village.
Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed the village and provided escort for the settlers after firing gas canisters to disperse the citizens.
Settlers of the notorious settlement have repeatedly stormed the village recently and burnt and sabotaged civilian property.
Meanwhile, IOF troops at dawn Sunday rounded up seven Palestinians in Nablus city including three brothers.
They also detained a Palestinian citizen in Beit Ummar village, Al-Khalil district, a dawn Sunday and took him for interrogation at the pretext that he is wanted for the IOF.
