Uprooted Palestinians are at the heart of the conflict in the M.E Palestinians uprooted by force of arms. Yet faced immense difficulties have survived, kept alive their history and culture, passed keys of family homes in occupied Palestine from one generation to the next.
Palestinian Islamic Jihad waned the Zionist entity that Tel Aviv will be bombarded if the occupying regime assassinates members of the resistance movement.
The movement’s leader Ziyad al-Nakhala vowed on Wednesday to continue the path pursued by Baha Abu al-Ata, a senior commander of the Gaza-based group’s military wing – the al-Quds Brigades – who was assassinated in an ‘Israeli’ airstrike on the besieged Gaza Strip two years ago.
“We do not rule out the possibility of assassination or targeting of commanders and members of the Islamic Jihad movement, and our reaction is the immediate bombardment of Tel Aviv,” Beirut-based al-Mayadeen TV quoted him as saying.
Abu al-Ata and his wife were martyred in an Israeli airstrike targeting their home in the Gaza Strip on November 12, 2019. The raid also wounded four of their children and a neighbor, triggering confrontations between ‘Israeli’ occupation forces and Gaza-based resistance fighters.
According to the Islamic Jihad, Abu al-Ata played a major role in carrying out operations against the ‘Israeli’ occupation entity.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Nakhala said the recent retaliatory operation, carried out by Sheikh Fadi Abu Shkhaydam, in the Old City of al-Quds, was a “lesson” for the occupying entity and its mercenaries.
On Sunday, ‘Israeli’ troops fatally shot Abu Shkhaydam, a leader of the Palestinian Hamas resistance movement, near one of the entrances to the al-Aqsa Mosque compound.
Zionist media reported that Abu Shkhaydam had opened fire at ‘Israelis’ by a Beretta M12 submachine gun before being shot dead at the scene.
Hamas said the retaliatory attack was the “price” for the ‘Israeli’ actions in occupied al-Quds, adding, “The message of the heroic operation is a warning for the criminal enemy and its government to stop the attacks on our land and our holy sites. [‘Israel’] will pay a price for the iniquities it commits against al-Aqsa Mosque, Silwan, Sheikh Jarrah and elsewhere.”
Nakhala predicted that the Zionist regime was unlikely to wage an attack on the besieged Gaza Strip because of its consequences.
“The resistance is ready to respond to any ‘Israeli’ act of aggression. We can target all Zionist settlements simultaneously,” he said.
The Islamic Jihad leader further stressed that the resistance in Gaza had strengthened its weapons and military capabilities following the 11-day ‘Israeli’ war in May.
The resistance, Nakhala also noted, manufactures unmanned aerial vehicles [UAVs] inside the Gaza Strip.

الشهيد فادي أبو شخيدم، أب في الـ 42 من العمر، هو شيخ وخطيب ومدرس للغة العربية ومادة الدين الإسلامي في مدرسة الرشيدية في مخيم شعفاط في مدينة القدس المحتلة، قرر صبيحة هذا اليوم الماطر، أن يأم بالناس للصلاة على طريقة «أحلا أستاذ بالدنيا»، كما وصفه تلميذه مصطفى زعترة باكياً عقب استشهاده. لبس عباءته واعتمر قلنسوته، ممتشقاً سلاحه ليقدّم آخر درس له في هذه الدنيا، وليكون المعلم الذي يستحق أن يقوم له طلابه ويفونه «التبجيلا» فهو الذي أنشأ وعلم وربّى أنفساً وعقولاً، وكاد كما يقول بيت الشعر، أن يكون رسولاً.
وبالقرب من منطقة باب السلسلة في أزقة البلدة القديمة في القدس، رفع المعلم سلاح الفقراء والمظلومين، وهناك أطلق ناره فقتل إسرائيلياً وأصاب ثلاثة آخرين، بينهم الحاخام أهرون بن طوبا، الذي وصفت حالته بـ«الخطيرة ولكن مستقرة».
وإثر العملية أوعز رئيس وزراء العدو، نفتالي بينيت، بتعزيز قوات الشرطة العاملة في محيط القدس المحتلة بغية إحباط عمليات مسلحة أخرى، وتخوفاً من أن تشكل العملية إلهاماً لآخرين.
أما وزير الأمن الداخلي الإسرائيلي، عومر بار ــ ليف، فصرّح أن الشهيد أبو شخيدم «ينتمي لحركة حماس ـــ الجناح السياسي»، موضحاً أنه «خطط لتنفيذ عمليته منذ فترة، إذ سافرت زوجته إلى الخارج قبل ثلاثة أيام».
وفي أعقاب العملية، أغلقت قوات العدو جميع أبواب المسجد الأقصى، قبل فتحها لاحقاً. في المقابل، أظهرت مقاطع فيديو استنفار قوات العدو عند باب السلسلة وسط سماع دوي إطلاق نار؛ حيث لوحظ عدد من الجنود يشهرون أسلحتهم، خارجين من باب السلسلة، قبل أن يطاردوا الشهيد، وتُسمع أصوات إطلاق نار.
في غضون ذلك، علّقت شرطة العدو اقتحامات المستوطنين لساحات الحرم من جهة باب المغاربة، علماً أن الاشتباك المسلح حدث في الوقت الذي اقتحم فيه عشرات المستوطنين الأقصى؛ حيث وفرت شرطة العدو الحماية لهم لتخليصهم وإخراجهم من باب المغاربة، بدلاً من الخروج من باب السلسلة الذي يخرجون منه عادة بعد الاقتحامات.
وفي تفاصيل العملية، قالت «كان 13» الإسرائيلية إن «أبو شخيدم جاء باتجاه البلدة القديمة، وقام بإطلاق النار بالقرب من باب السلسلة باتجاه المستوطن، الذي أعلن عن مقتله. ثم تحصن في أحد الأزقة وخرج للتحقق من قتل المستوطن، وواصل سيره وأطلق النار على مستوطن آخر الذي أصيب بجروح خطيرة، واشتبك مع قوة من حرس الحدود وأصاب 2 منهم حتى قامت الأخيرة بإطلاق النار عليه»، ما أدّى إلى استشهاده.
وأفادت معلومات بأن قوات الاحتلال اعتقلت أيضاً نجل أبو شخيدم، الطفل عبدالله، الذي يبلغ أعوام، واقتادته للتحقيق في مركز المسكوبية.
ردود الفعل
قال الناطق باسم حركة «حماس»، عبد اللطيف القانوع، إن «عملية القدس تمثل ثورة الشعب الفلسطيني المستمرة، وشرعية مقاومته المتصاعدة ضد جرائم الاحتلال واقتحاماته للمسجد الأقصى». وأضاف، في بيان، أن «العملية البطولية عند باب السلسلة صباح اليوم، تأتي في إطار الرد الطبيعي على جرائم الاحتلال المتصاعدة في مدينة القدس المحتلة وأحيائها».
أما حركة «الجهاد الإسلامي»، فقالت، في بيان، إنها «تبارك العملية الفدائية البطولية التي وقعت صباح اليوم في القدس المحتلة». وأضافت أن «هذه العملية هي رد طبيعي على تصاعد إرهاب المستوطنين وجنود الاحتلال، وإمعان حكومة الاحتلال في عدوانها وسياسات الهدم والتهجير التي تطال أهلنا في القدس».
وحملت الاحتلال كامل المسؤولية عن سياساته، وأشارت إلى أنه «واهم من يظن أن الشعب الفلسطيني سيستلم أمام سياسات الاحتلال وقوة الإرهاب الذي يمارسه». واعتبرت أن العملية تدلل على «قوة وحيوية المقاومة وتمسك الشعب الفلسطيني بها كنهج قادر على ردع الاحتلال وكسر عنجهيته».
أشاد حزب الله بـ«العملية البطولية التي نفّذها الشيخ المجاهد فادي أبو شخيدم في القدس المحتلة صباح اليوم»، متقدّماً بـ«آيات التبريك إلى الأخوة المجاهدين في حركة المقاومة الإسلامية حماس وفصائل المقاومة وشعبنا الفلسطيني الأبي بهذه العملية الجريئة».
ورأى حزب الله، في بيان، أن «هذه العملية هي ردّ طبيعي على جرائم الاحتلال المتمادية بحقّ الشعب الفلسطيني من عمليات قتل واعتقال وتدمير للبيوت وتجريف للمزروعات، وتبعث برسالة قوية لكيان العدوان أن كل جرائمه وعملياته الإرهابية لن تبقى من دون ردّ».
واعتبر حزب الله أن «هذه العملية وما سبقها وما سيليها من عمليات بطولية هي تأكيد عملي على حيوية الشعب الفلسطيني وعزيمته الراسخة على مواصلة الجهاد والمقاومة حتى تحرير الأرض والمقدسات إن شاء الله».
A Hamas fighter opened fired on Sunday at Israelis near the Chain Gate in occupied Al-Quds this morning, killing one Zionist and wounding four others, two of them seriously.
Hamas Movement hailed the operation and identified the hero as a member of the organization, Fadi Abu Shkhaydam, a Hamas leader in the Shuafat refugee camp in East of Al-Quds, where he lived.
According to Israeli police, Abu Shkhaydam entered the “Old City armed with a Beretta M12 submachine gun and opened fire at three Israeli men.” The Israeli regime has immediately closed all the gates of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, Palestine Today reported.
“Zionist forces opened fire on two Palestinians who allegedly organized the attack. One of the Palestinians has been martyred and the other has managed to flee,” Israeli reports said.
“The message of this heroic operation is a warning to the criminal enemy and its regime to stop attacks on our land and our holy sites. Israel will pay a price for the iniquities it commits against al-Aqsa Mosque, Silwan, Sheikh Jarrah and elsewhere,” Hamas said in a statement.
Hamas spokesperson Hazim Qasim also praised the incident, calling it in line with the “legitimate struggle” of the Palestinian people.
“The holy city [of al-Quds] will continue to fight until it expels the foreign occupier, and it will not succumb to the hateful reality of the occupation,” he said.
Meanwhile, Abdul-Latif al-Qanu, Hamas’ spokesman said the operation was a natural response to increasing crimes of the regime in the occupied al-Quds, Samaa News reported.
He added that the incident underlines the continuation of the Palestinian nation’s struggle against the occupying regime, and Israeli officials’ inability to snuff out the campaign.
Qanu said the Palestinian resistance against ‘Israel’ will continue unabated until the desired goal of the regime’s annihilation is achieved.For its part, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad said on Sunday “the shooting attack is a natural response to the terrorism performed by Israeli settlers and soldiers.” The resistance group praised the hero of the operation in occupied Al-Quds. “We praise the morning heroic attack in Al-Quds”, the group said.

Hezbollah praised the heroic operation carried out by Hamas member Sheikh Fadi Abu Shkhaydam in occupied Al-Quds this morning.
In a statement released on Sunday, Hezbollah offered its congratulations to the “resistance brothers in the Hamas Movement, the resistance factions, and our proud Palestinian people for this courageous operation.”
“This operation is a natural response to the occupation’s continuing crimes against the Palestinian people, including killings, arrests, destruction of homes and razing crops, and it sends a strong message to the aggression entity that all its crimes and terrorist operations will not remain unanswered.”
Hezbollah noted that Al-Quds operation and the heroic operations that preceded it and that will follow it are a practical confirmation of the vitality of the Palestinian people and their firm determination to continue Jihad and resistance until the liberation of the land and the sanctities.
The Palestinian Resistance factions announced on Saturday launching a national campaign and a popular conference in face of the UK decision to label Hamas Movement as a terrorist group.
After holding a meeting in Gaza Strip, the Palestinian factions considered that the UK decision targets all the Palestinians and represents an extension of Britain’s colonial policy.
The Palestinian factions called on the UK authorities to undo their decision, urging the Arab League to reject it.
Member of Islamic Jihad politburo, Mohammad al-Hindi, described the UK decision as unjust and adding that it reflects grudge against all the Palestinians and their resistance.
Meanwhile, Yemen’s Ansarullah movement firmly denounced the UK decision decision against Hamas, voicing support to all the Palestinians and their resistance factions.
Abou al-Ata was responsible for removing the “Master of Israeli Security” from the podium in an embarrassing fashion, which Netanyahu viewed as a personal insult.
Martyr Bahaa Abou el-Ata
The decision taken by “Israel” to assassinate Bahaa Abou al-Ata, the leader of the northern region in the Quds Brigades – the military faction of the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine -, was certainly not a normal event. It took place on the dawn of Tuesday, 12 November 2019, and showcased a string of complicated Israeli calculations given that this assassination would be the first targeting a resistance commander since 2012, and occurred amidst a lack of tension or war.
Thus, the two Israeli institutions, the political and military, were aware that taking this decision would certainly break the equation sanctified by the Palestinian resistance, which stipulates that any assassination equals a war.
Subsequently, the assassination of Abou al-Ata, for “Israel”, was a declaration of a military battle with the resistance in Gaza. And certainly, the Israeli intelligence assessments know very well that the shrapnel of the Gaza rockets in that battle will not be confined to the borders of the settlements around the Gaza Strip and the south, but will rather reach deep into the “Gush Dan” area, the most densely populated center in the occupied lands.
Nonetheless, this scenario occurred in the battle of “Sayhat al-Fajr” (The Cry of Dawn) which the al-Quds Brigades fought against “Israel.”
Two years after the assassination of Bahaa Abou al-Ata, the question still remains: what was the Israeli view of the Palestinian leader’s personality? And what did it represent in the Israeli mindset of both military and political institutions?
Amos Gilad, head of the Israeli Institute for Policy and Strategy (IPS) and former director of policy and political-military affairs at the Ministry of Security, answered when asked about Bahaa Abou el-Ata by saying: “He was the chief motivator for the Islamic Jihad’s operation, and possesses a strong and bold personality.”
Israeli Occupation Army Spokesman Heidi Zilberman did not diverge from Gilad’s assessment, saying to journalists following the assassination of Abou al-Ata that “Israel” understands well that the martyr was “a wild element, mostly working according to a point of view paradoxical to regional interests.” This confirms that the occupation dealt with the resistance leader as a major hurdle to its regional plans, the most important of which were:
First: “Israel” was in need of cooling down the Gaza front through understandings of instilling calm in exchange for humanitarian facilitations (on a humanitarian level). This approach turned, two years after the assassination of Abou al-Ata, into a full-fledged plan put forward by the Israeli foreign minister Yair Lapid, and adopted by his government, titled “Security in exchange for Economy”, away from any political dimensions related to the Palestinian rights as a people under occupation.
Second: The political leadership of the Israeli occupation at the time, represented by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, considered that the continuation of the “ninth hour” strategy, of which martyr Abou al-Ata was the icon, that maintains a state of perpetual conflict through engagement with “Israel,” negatively affects the impetus of some normalizing countries to steer towards “Tel Aviv”, which Netanyahu considered a major goal in his regional policies. Moreover, the name of Bahaa Abou al-Ata was engraved deeply in Netanyahu’s mind at two instances that had great impact on his policies and personality.
The first instance was Abu al-Ata’s crucial role in sanctifying the eye for an eye equation with the occupation, which came in defense of the peaceful protesters who were being assaulted during their “Return Marches” by the IOF. This equation engendered successive rounds of military escalations, becoming the main reason behind the toppling of Netanyahu’s government in November 2018 following the resignation of the then-Minister of Security, Avigdor Lieberman, who opposed accepting a ceasefire with the resistance in Gaza right after the “Ashkelon Hell” battle. Lieberman viewed this “compromise” as a capitulation on the part of Netanyahu’s government.
The second instance was al-Ata’s responsibility for removing Netenyahu, the so-called “master of Israeli security,” from the podium in an embarrassing fashion in front of his electoral audience in “Ashdod”. This incident was considered by the former PM as a personal insult to him that affected his entire political future, especially with the wide circulation of Abou al-Ata’s picture in Israeli media. Although this circulation aimed to send a threat to the Palestinian leader in order to hinder his work, the continuation of “Al-Quds Brigades”, under his leadership, in the engagement strategy, made him a permanent presence in the Israeli media. Every time Bahaa Abou al-Ata’s photo is published, the Israeli public recalls the humiliation of Netanyahu and his escape from Abou al-Ata’s missiles to the shelter.
Third: At the time, “Israel” was seeking to focus its efforts on the northern front and the Iranian nuclear project, taking advantage of the presence of US President Donald Trump in office. However, as the Gaza front continued to heat up through the engagement strategy, the occupation considered that the Islamic Jihad, as an effective part of the resistance axis, impeded these Israeli endeavors. Therefore, the Israeli occupation planes tried to assassinate in Damascus the commander of the military department in the Islamic Jihad movement, Akram al-Ajouri, whom “Tel Aviv” calls the military mastermind of the al-Quds Brigades, in tandem with their assassination of Abou al-Ata, who was considered the most powerful executive commander in the Brigades. Thus, “Israel” would have dealt a simultaneous double blow to the military mind and arm of the Islamic Jihad, in order to paralyze the military capacity of the al-Quds Brigades.
This strategy echoes the mistakes made in 1995 when former Israeli PM Yitzhak Rabin decided to assassinate the founder of the Islamic Jihad movement and its first secretary-general, Dr. Fathi Shaqaqi, believing that the movement was solely based on the person of Shaqaqi.
However, less than six months later, the Islamic Jihad was carrying out its first operations in “Tel Aviv,” in response to the assassination of martyr Shaqaqi, under the leadership of Dr. Ramadan Shallah back then, may God have mercy on him.
In the case of Bahaa Abou al-Ata, the Jihad movement, led by its Secretary-General Ziad al-Nakhala, did not wait extensively to prove to “Israel” the failure of its expectations: Half an hour after Abou al-Ata’s assassination, al-Quds Brigades fired a rocket barrage in the direction of the “Gush Dan” area, announcing the start of the “Sayhat al-Fajr” battle.

في خطابه، في الذكرى الـ 34 لانطلاق حركة “الجهاد الإسلامي”، دعا الأمين العام للحركة زياد نخالة إلى وحدة الصف الفلسطيني، والتراجع عن أوهام السلام التي اختلقها العدو الإسرائيلي، والابتعاد عن الغمغمة السياسية. وفي هذه الدعوة الأخيرة بلسمٌ لجراح متعدّدة، يعاني جرّاءها الشعبان الفلسطيني والعربي منذ عقود، لأن الغمغمة السياسية هي الحاجز الأخطر بين الحق وأصحابه وبين التاريخ الحقيقي الذي يجب أن يُدرَّس للأجيال وبين ما يدرسونه اليوم من نصوص تُولي اهتماماً لمشاعر أصحاب الشأن والقرار، بدلاً من إيلاء الاهتمام للوطن وسلامته وتعزيز أُسس قوته ومنعته.
الغمغمة السياسية
مرّت، منذ أيام، ذكرى حرب تشرين التحريرية، لكنْ لم تُكتب حقيقة تلك الحرب ومجرياتها، إلى حدّ اليوم، ولم يتمَّ التوصل إلى الاستنتاجات العلمية والمؤكَّدة، والتي تسمي الأشياء بأسمائها، على الرَّغم من أن اتفاقات “سيناء 2″، واتفاق كامب دافيد، وزيارة السادات للقدس المحتلة، دكّت إسفيناً في جسد العالم العربي، ما زلنا نشهد تداعياته الخطيرة ونعيش تبعاته على الأجيال، من دون أن يتمكن أحد من عكس هذا التيار، والإقلاع من جديد في اتجاه مُغاير مقاوم.
وفي الإطار نفسه، حقّق اتفاق أوسلو للعدو الصهيوني ما لم يتمكن من تحقيقه خلال عقود، وأفشل ذاك الاتفاق عمليةَ سلام كانت مبنية على أُسس سليمة ووَفق إجماع وتنسيق عربيين، ومكّن الصهاينة من خوض معركة علاقات عامة بعشرات الدول لمصلحتهم، وفتحَ الأبواب لهم من جانب بلدان لم تكن لتعترف بالكيان الصهيوني لولا الاتفاق الفلسطيني معه. ومع ذلك، لا تنص الكتب المدرسية أو غيرها على حقيقة ما جرى ويجري، ولا تُسَمّي الأشياء بأسمائها، ولا توجِّه اللوم إلى من يستحقون. وهنا، أستذكر قول الله، عز وجل، “يا أهل الكتاب لِمَ تَلْبِسُون الحقَّ بالباطل وتَكْتُمون الحقَّ وأنتم تَعْلَمون”. لكنْ، هذه المرة، تشملنا هذه الآية حين نغمغم ولا نفصح عن الحقيقة.
أن يلبس الحق بالباطل؛ أي أن يغمغم الحق، أو أن يكتمه، وكلاهما خطرٌ على الحقيقة وقول الصدق، لأن الحقيقة هي التي تهدي إلى القرار السليم، وهي التي تختصر الطُّرُق، وتستثمر الوقت، بدلاً من هدره وإضاعته، أو ما زال البعض يعتبر أن أشخاصاً ما وسمعتهم ومكانتهم أهم من التاريخ وأهم من الأوطان؟ لا قيمة يجب أن تعلو فوق قيمة الوطن وقول كلمة الحق، من أجل مصلحة الوطن وإعلاء شأنه، لأن الكلَّ موقَّتون وعابرون، إلاّ الأوطان والحقائق الناصعة المرتبطة بها.
هناك من يعرضون بعض أحداث تاريخنا بصدق شفوياً، وحين نطلب منهم أن يسجّلوا ما قالوه، يقول البعض منهم: لن يصدّقنا أحد، لأن كل ما نقرأه مخالف للحقائق التي نعرفها بعمق ونتحدث بشأنها.
إلى متى نستمر في بيع الأوهام، ونحن نشهد واقع هذه الأمة يتراجع، سواء محلياً، أو إقليمياً، أو دولياً؟ ومتى سنمتلك الجرأة الأكيدة على أن نؤيّد ما قاله السيد زياد نخالة، وفحواه أن “المشروع الرسمي الفلسطيني”، وأُضيفُ إليه “المشروع الرسمي العربي”، هما أقصرُ من قامات الشهداء، وأقلّ كثيراً من تضحيات الأسرى والجرحى، على امتداد أرض هذا الوطن العربي الكبير، في كلّ أقطاره”؟
في الوقت الذي تنشغل أغلبية دول العالم بإعادة حساباتها بشأن موقعها، إقليمياً ودولياً، والدور الذي يمكن لها أن تؤدّيه أو تطوّره في أحداث تعيد تشكيل العالَم من جديد، نجد الكتلة العربية مبعثرةَ الجهود بين مع من يريد أن يَستبدل بالسيد الأميركي السيدَ العثماني، “كالمستجير من الرمضاء بالنار”، وبين من يعقد آمالاً على الأوهام، التي يسوّقها له الكيان الصهيوني، فيرتمي في حِضنه سراً أو علانية، غيرَ متّغظ من مآل الأمور في دول عقدت آمالها على العلاقة بهذا الكيان، فلم يكتفِ بالغدر بها، بل سخّر كلّ علاقاته وإمكاناته ليُقنع دولاً أخرى باتخاذ خطوات، وبناء سدود، تنغّص عليها مصدر الحياة الذي ترتوي من نسغه. وبين هذا وذاك دول عربية تمتثل لقرارات هي في العمق ضدها، بقدر ما هي ضدّ الأخ الشقيق، لأنها تكرّس الفرقة والانقسام والعزلة، في الوقت الذي يدرك أعداء العرب، قبل حكام العرب، أن فتح حدودهم والتعاون والتنسيق بينهم هي طريق الخلاص الوحيد لهم جميعاً.
البعض، في عالمنا العربي، مزهوّ بانكسار الولايات المتحدة في أفغانستان، وتراجُع الدور الغربي في الإقليم والعالم، بينما ما زال بعض مَن يراهنون على السيد الغربي يتوسّلون كلمة منه يعتقدون أنها قادرة على تغيير مصائرهم ومصائر أوطانهم. وهؤلاء يذكّرونني ببداية الحرب على سوريا، حين احتفل بعض المأجورين بدعوة أوباما الرئيسَ الأسد إلى أن يرحل، معتقدين أن كلمته قَدَرَ لن يتمكّن أحد من تغييره. وفي كِلتا الحالتين الرهان هو على الآخر: إمّا أن ينكسر، وإمّا أن يشكّل منقذاً، ولا هو بباعث الحياة في بلداننا إن انكسر، ولم ولن يشكّل منقذاً لمن لا يعمل ويضحّي، ويُسرع الخطى في بناء وطنه.
مع التسليم طبعاً بأنّ الغرب بعد أفغانستان ليس كما قبلها، وأنّ القطب الغربي يشهد حالة تفكّك وتراجع، يقابلها صعود متسارع للصين وروسيا والهند وإيران، ومنظومات تفكير تؤمن بعالم متعدّد الأقطاب، وبإعادة النظر في العلاقات الدولية، وتقف ضدّ التدخّل في شؤون الدول. وعلى الرغم من ذلك كلّه، فإنّ الوحش الغربيّ المتربّص بالعرب اليوم جاثمٌ على الضفة الأخرى من المتوسّط، حالمٌ بإعادة بناء الإمبراطورية العثمانية على أُسس تنظيم “الإخوان المسلمين” للوصول إلى أهدافه. فالخطر اليوم الذي يهدِّد سوريا والعراق وليبيا وتونس والجزائر، وحتى مصر واليمن ودول الخليج، كما يهدِّد إيران وأرمينيا وعدداً من دول آسيا الوسطى، هو الخطر العثماني الإخواني، الذي يحاول مراكمة أوراقه من خلال ألاعيبه الخبيثة، قبل أن تنكشف نِيّاته الحقيقية. والخوف هو من الانتظار إلى أن تصبح نياته واضحة للجميع، فيكون قد تمدّد واحتلّ وتمركز، واستخدم أدواته ضدّ البلدان والشعوب.
لقد أصبح واضحاً اليوم أنّ الخطر العثماني والخطر الإسرائيلي على أمتنا صنوان. لكن الأخطر من كلّ شيء، بالنسبة إلى هذه الأمة، هو عدم وضوح الرؤية، وعدم الاقتناع بأنّ عوامل القوة أو الضعف تنبع من الداخل، ولا يمكن لأيّ قوّة، مهما عَتَت، أن تنال من بنيان صلب متماسك يُحْسن صانعوه الدفاع عنه. كما أصبح واضحاً أنّ كلّ ادعاءات العثماني بشأن الحرص على فلسطين والذَّود عنها هي ادّعاءات كاذبة من أجل ذرّ الرماد في العيون، بينما يتعاون مع الصهيوني في شبكة علاقات سياسية واقتصادية وعسكرية، تمتدّ من الشرق الأوسط إلى القوقاز وآسيا الوسطى.
مصيبتان كُبْرَيان في تاريخنا العربي هما الخيانة والغمغمة السياسية، والسبب الكامن وراء الاثنتين هو عدم الصدق مع الذات والآخر، وعدم المكاشفة الصريحة، وعدم الجرأة في إعلاء كلمة الحقّ والوطن. لا شكّ في أنّ الوقت أصبح متـأخراً جداً، وأنّ إعادة البناء تتطلّب وقتاً وجهداً وتفكيراً نيّراً وغيرَ تقليديّ. لكن، هل هناك أيّ خِيار آخر متاح من أجل مستقبل أفضل لأُمّة تهدّدها تطوّرات الأحداث في العالم بأن تُبقيَها خارج التاريخ؟
Palestinian ‘Islamic Jihad’ and ‘Hamas’ resistance movements threatened to escalate once again hadn’t the detainees’ sufferings in the ‘Israeli’ occupation prisons been finished, especially amid the news circulating that the hunger strike might lead to the martyrdom of some of them.
The resistance movements renewed in the past days, through an Egyptian mediation, warnings that the issue of the detainees would affect the calmness along the Gaza border.
They also warned about the danger caused by the enemy’s continuation of renewing the prisoners’ administrative detention, especially those on hunger strike, adding that the lives of detainees are a redline, which once violated, will push the resistance factions to annul all understandings reached earlier with the enemy.
In the same context, Islamic Jihad leader Mohammad Shallah cautioned that any martyrdom caused among the detainees on hunger strike will further escalate the situation, adding that the resistance will wreak havoc on the occupation in case any detainee was martyred.
For his part, Hamas politburo member Zaher Jabbarin stressed that the resistance leadership is following up the issue of the detainees and has many options that are ready, in which the enemy “should expect any development amid its aggression and tyranny against our detainees and their legitimate rights.”
