Hezbollah and the Syrian army on Friday managed to control Qurnat Shiaab al-Nasoub, Qurnat Abu Harb, Qurnat Semaan in Jarajir barrens.
Scores of the terrorists of ISIL and Nusra Front, the Syrian offshoot of Qaeda, fled the battlefield in Jarajir barrens after the Resistance fighters and the Syrian army soldiers killed and injured dozens of the two militant groups' members.
The resistance fighters have been for weeks engaged in a wide-scale operation to secure the barrens of Qalamoun and Arsal. These areas lies on the border between Syria and Lebanon and is considered as stronghold for the Syria-based Takfiri militants.
