Haneyya: We are committed to freeing all captives

GAZA, (PIC)-- The Prime Minster of the Palestinian government in Gaza said that his government is committed to the freedom of all Palestinian captives in Zionist occupation jails.

During a visit to the recently freed captive Atef Hassan in the village of Mighraqa in the central Gaza Strip to congratulate him and his family on his release after 18 years in occupation jails, Haneyya said: “In my name and the name of the government I warmly congratulate our brother Atef and his family on his safe return praying to Allah to bring closer the freedom of all Palestinian captives in occupation jails.”

He expressed his government’s commitment to the Palestinian constants and rights, on top of the list the freedom of all Palestinian captives and to work for their safe return to their families, stressing that this was a religious, national and moral duty towards those who carried the banner and sacrificed everything.

He presented Atef Hassan with a shield in appreciation of his service to his country.
