There has recently been an accelerated diplomatic activity around Syria. Turkey’s purported plan for military action inside the Syrian territory may be one key issue that appears to be on Ankara's agenda. Russia on the other hand appears to be trying to play a more active role in the Syrian crisis by trying to form a new anti-terrorism alliance.
