A Zionist settler was stabbed and seriously wounded Friday by a Palestinian in a West Bank settlement north of Jerusalem, the Israeli army announced in a statement.
"A Palestinian attacked and stabbed an Israeli outside a supermarket in Shaar Binyamin, injuring him severely," it said in a statement. "The assailant fled the scene."
