AL-KHALIL, (PIC)-- The Israeli occupation authorities on Friday served four Palestinian citizens with demolition notices for buildings they own at the entrance of Biet Ummar village to the north of the southern West Bank city of al-Khalil.

Palestinian activists against Jewish settlement in the village said that the demolition notices concern commercial premises on the al-Khalil- Bethlehem road, which the IOF claims to serve as a shield for Palestinian boys throwing stones at settlers' cars.

The buildings include a stone workshop, plant nurseries and car spare part shops and belong to Wajih abu Maria, Zain al-Alami, Habes al-Alami and Saber abu Maria.
