CAIRO, (PIC)-- The fourth conference of the Arab-Palestinian resistance front concluded its activities in Cairo at the headquarters of the Egyptian journalists' union on Tuesday evening.
Egyptian and Palestinian prominent figures agreed during their meeting yesterday on the need for a massive Arab uprising to save the Islamic holy sites in occupied Palestine and curb Israel's Judaization activities.
The conferees talked in their speeches about the Arab spring or the Arab revolutions saying what is taking place in the Arab world is the start to liberate Palestine and Jerusalem.
Participating Islamic Jihad leader Khaled Al-Batesh highlighted that the unavoidable law of dealing with the Israeli occupation is to resist it and that the Arab nation will never accept any settlement with the occupation.
"Those who expelled us are the ones who will be kicked out, and we believe that God will bestow victory upon us," Batsh said.
He also called for taking concrete moves in support of Palestine starting with an Egyptian decision to open Rafah border crossing.
For his part, spokesman for the Egyptian socialist coalition Abdul-Ghaffar Shuker pointed out that the first Arab flag that was raised during the Egyptian uprising was that of Palestine and among the revolutionists' first demands was to break Gaza siege and sever ties with the Israeli occupation.
