Impeach Obama! Do It Now!

My PhotoIt's essential. It's more urgent now than ever. Madness defines his agenda. He promised hope and change.

He delivered permanent wars, domestic ruthlessness and betrayal.

He's ideologically out-of-control. He presides over a homeland police state apparatus.

He's recklessly advancing America's imperium. His quest for global dominance risks the unthinkable.

Confronting Russia risks global conflict. It risks potential nuclear war. It risks possible armageddon.

It bears repeating. Madness defines US policy. Obama bears full responsibility. Neocons infest his administration. Stopping him before it's too late matters most.

Previous articles discussed impeaching him. America's Declaration of Independence is clear and unequivocal, saying:

"(W)hen a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, (it's the right of the people, it's) their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security."

The Constitution's Article 2, Section 4 states:

"The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."

Obama violated his sacred trust. He did so from day one in office.

He "solemnly sw(ore) (he'd) faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and w(ould) to the best of (his) ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Straightaway he debased it. He violated its core provisions. He ignores international law.

He serves powerful monied interests. He mocks democratic values. He trashed fundamental human and civil rights. He's contemptuous of human need.

He governs lawlessly. He's waging multiple direct and proxy wars. He's got lots more death and destruction in mind.

He institutionalized tyranny. He's a war criminal multiple times over. He's guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors.

He menaces humanity. He bears full responsibility for committing crimes against peace.

Americans are constitutionally empowered to resist. It's a national imperative. It's a universal right. Francis Boyle calls Obama and rogue administration officials "outlaws."

They "disobeyed fundamental principles of international law as well as US criminal law, and thus committed international crimes and US domestic crimes as well as impeachable violations of the United States Constitution," he said.

"The American people must insist upon the impeachment, dismissal, resignation, indictment, conviction, and long-term incarceration of all US government officials guilty of such heinous international and domestic crimes."

International, constitutional and US statute laws are inviolable. They apply to all government and military personnel. They exclude none.

Presidents and those around him must be held fully accountable. We the People must act.

Doing it before it's too late is essential. The alternative is potentially too grim to tolerate.

Confronting Russia recklessly over Ukraine reflects madness. It's heading things closer to war.

During Cold War years it was unthinkable. Today world peace is at stake. It hangs by a thread.

Diplomacy isn't Washington's long suit. Unchallenged raw power pursuit is official policy. So is bullying, buster and belligerence.

Obama heads America's gangster state. Humanity's fate hangs in the balance. Putin stands in the way of US global dominance.

He and Obama are geopolitical opposites. Their ideologies clash. They're world's apart.

Putin supports peace and stability. Obama wages permanent wars. He does so one after another.

Putin affirms UN Charter and other rule of law principles. Obama ignores them. He claims a divine right to pursue unchallenged hegemony. He does it belligerently.

Putin believes nation-state sovereignty is inviolable. Obama wants pro-Western puppet governments replacing independent ones.

His Ukrainian policy alone threatens humanity. He's recklessly out-of-control. Daily developments should scare everyone.

Ukraine is ground zero. It's in the eye of the storm. On Monday, Lugansk's Regional Council said "civil war provoked by the Kiev authorities (caused) death (for) dozens of people."

"Half of the country has been classified as law offenders and terrorists only because people see the future of their own country differently than the politicians who have come to power."

"Instead of talking to them, clearing up positions and finding compromises, Kiev has started not a counter-terrorism but a terrorist operation against millions of people."

"This first army operation in the contemporary history of Europe against fellow citizens which uses both regular army units and paramilitary groups is a blatant act of terror against the people."

"(A)uthorities are provoking and organizing confrontation between people in the south-east of the country and using political repressions against dissidents."

"Mass arrests of civil activists in the Kharkiv Region, the bloodbath in Odessa where ultras and neo-Nazis were sent, the hysterical euphoria of jingoists over the death of peaceful people in Odessa's Trade Union House indicate that the incumbent authorities have excluded from their political arsenal all civilized and democratic mechanisms for resolving contradictions."

"The killing of civil activists in Odessa has become the last redline in settling the conflict peacefully."

"Ukraine may be facing its last choice between stopping the violence and letting it go out of control."

"Any new forceful actions on the part of the central authorities in the rebellious territories will inevitably lead to the paralysis and collapse of Ukrainian statehood."

Lugansk Regional Council members demand all Kiev belligerence stop. It wants troops returned to their bases. It wants neo-Nazi  Right Sector thugs and other extremists disarmed.

It wants democratic rights institutionalized. Only then is it "possible" for "presidential elections which would be senseless and irresponsible now given the present circumstances."

Horrific crimes of war and against humanity continue. Odessa's massacre was worst of all.

Blaming Russia irresponsibly is recklessly reprehensible. So is incriminating victims for their own demise.

Media scoundrels were way over-the-top doing it. Profiles in courage don't define House and Senate members.

They effectively endorsed mass murder. They failed to point fingers the right way. They didn't denounce what demands universal condemnation.

Nor any member of Europe's parliament. Nor any Western leader who matters. Or Israeli leader. Or high-ranking bureaucrat. Or Western media correspondents, commentators or editors.

Failure to act responsibly with power able to make a difference effectively makes them share guilt.

They're complicit in high crimes too grave to ignore. Their actions expose their criminal agenda.

Doing so reflects Western degeneracy. It bodes ill for what's coming.

Waging war on humanity and instituting tyranny assure the worst of what Orwell and Conrad feared. "The horror! The horror" reflects what's at stake.

At risk are societies unfit to live in. It's humanity's survival. Russia's lower house State Duma Speaker Sergei Naryshkin fears possible genocide in Ukraine.

"We face a true genocide of Russian and Ukrainian peoples already in the 21th century," he said.

Russian officials want accountability. They want Kiev criminals prosecuted. They want charges brought before the International Criminal Court. They want Hague tribunal justice.

On Monday, the Kremlin said a report on horrendous human rights abuses in Ukraine was submitted to President Putin. According to his spokesman Dmitry Peskov:

Russia's White Book was "published in public-domain resources and on the Russian Foreign Ministry's website to lend publicity to the results of the ministry's work on the issue that tops the agenda, including the head of state's one."

It contains incontrovertible documented evidence. It reveals unconscionable Kiev human rights violations. It's based on reliable sources.

It points fingers the right way. It indicts Kiev fascist putschists. It holds them responsible for high crimes too grave to ignore.

According to Russia's Foreign Ministry:

"The forceful seizure of power and the anti-constitutional coup in Ukraine led to the collapse of the legitimate system of state power and to lawlessness."

"The rise of ultranationalist, extremist and neo-Nazi sentiment, religious intolerance and xenophobia, threats and pressure from 'Euro Maidan' leaders against their political opponents, purges, repressions, physical violence and downright banditry have become commonplace."

MP Olga Batalina added:

"It is necessary to use all possibilities, including parliamentary ones, to make the events described in the White Book widely known and discussed in the world and key human rights organisations, and to ensure that they provide the basis for an impartial international investigation of the crimes committed in Ukraine."

White Book evidence "can open the eyes of the politicians who prefer to keep them tightly shut during the rampancy of fascism in Ukraine and who do not want to notice the bloody violence against peaceful people."

Western countries suppress evidence. So do complicit media scoundrels. Coverup and denial ignore it.

Moscow is irresponsibly blamed. So are Eastern Ukrainian freedom fighters.

Col-blooded killers are called liberators. Torture, beatings and other ill-treatment aren't mentioned. Nor is graphic video evidence aired. It's too horrific to distort or deny.

Stopping ongoing horrors demands widespread truth-telling. It's essential so potentially everyone knows.

Accountability is vital. So are criminal prosecutions. Removing Obama from office is key. Charging him with high crimes is essential.

Revealing incontrovertible evidence can convict him. Hopefully longterm incarceration awaits.

Doing so sends a powerful message. It tells other Western leaders they're next.

It informs future ones they're warned. Crimes of war, against humanity and genocide won't be tolerated.

Govern responsibly or else. Failure to do so is no defense. Accountability time arrived. Survival hangs in the balance if not.

A Final Comment

Friday's Odessa massacre claimed 46 lives. Victims died horrifically. Fire, carbon monoxide poisoning, brutal beatings, assassination by gunshots, or jumping from windows to their death took them.

Another 48 victims remain unaccounted for. They're quietly reported as missing. They're dead or in neo-Nazi hands.

If alive, they face horrific abuse. They might as well be dead. They'll never escape alive. Death by slow torture awaits them. Perhaps already.

Local authorities downplayed what happened. They did so to conceal the full horror. Widespread news-blasting is essential. How else will everyone know!
