GAZA, (PIC)-- The Hamas Movement renewed its oath to uphold the resistance option and defend the land, the honor, the holy sites, and the national rights and constants, especially the Palestinian refugees' right to return to their homes they were expelled from by the Israeli occupation.

In a statement issued on the 35th anniversary of the land day on Wednesday, Hamas said "this occasion comes today as the Palestinian people, despite all Judaization schemes, are deeply rooted in their land, more adherent to their legitimate rights and more prepared to make sacrifices in the face of the Zionist aggression and terrorism."

"Palestine will remain from its sea to its river our precious homeland, Jerusalem will remain ours, our people will stay adherent to their identity, land and holy sites, and all the occupation's schemes and projects will never succeed in undermining our steadfastness and fortitude until the liberation [of Palestine] and the return [of refugees]," Hamas highlighted.

The Movement emphasized the need for being united around one national program. "We, on the anniversary of the land day, confirm the urgency to be united on a national rescue program in order to address the challenges our people and cause are facing."
