Uprooted Palestinians are at the heart of the conflict in the M.E Palestinians uprooted by force of arms. Yet faced immense difficulties have survived, kept alive their history and culture, passed keys of family homes in occupied Palestine from one generation to the next.
The group called “’Aasifat Al-Janoob” (trans. “Southern Storm”) has been annihilated – completely destroyed, its cadres surrendering to the Syrian Army or defecting to other criminal gangs. This announcement did not come from the Syrian Army but from the group itself as enunciated by its spokesrat, Adham Al-Karraad. The disaster was so complete, the organization no longer exists.
Yesterday, the 5th Mechanized Armored Division, after receiving very detailed intelligence about Southern Storm’s latest plan to sever supply lines to the Syrian Army and, then, set up an independent administration linked to the Jordanian terrorist regime, not to mention, also, the same plan to surround the SAA in Der’ah while moving northwards in order to reach artillery distance to the capital. All that was in the realm of metaphysics.
With the knowledge as to what the rats were doing, field commanders received orders to proactively engage them while the Syrian Air Force would hit the rats at their most critical position in Gharaz on the Jordanteezian border. When a wing of Sukhoi bombers began strafing the rodent commanders at Gharaz, they were not prepared for the attack. This resulted in a panicked reaction in which many of the leaders tried to leave the area in vans and cars. All vehicles which moved rats out of Gharaz were vaporized – all of them. No effort could be made to regroup as the SAAF continued to bombard the confused rodents with every air-to-ground rocket in the SAAF arsenal.
While this was going on, the 5th Mechanized Armored Division moved south out of Der’ah City and assaulted the terrorists who were proceeding at night in a huge convoy complete with rows of pickups armed with 23mm cannons. The SAA has now provided night vision equipment to infantry as standard issue and picking off the rats was a delightful and easy task. We can confirm over 89 rodents killed with hundreds severely injured. Many have surrendered to the SAA and many were seen leaving in various states of panic southward to the safety of Jordan which provides haven for terrorists.
And even as this campaign was taking place, elements of the Syrian 5th Division assaulted 55 known positions belonging to Nusra and Southern Storm inflicting huge losses on the rats. As part of this, at 4:00 a.m. this morning, Damascus time, in Der’ah City, in the Bajaabija Quarter, the SAA struck at Nusra/Alqaeda and Harakat Al-Muthannaa Al-Islaamiyya killing the latter’s main commander along with scores of his confederates:
Saudi Arabia's King Salman vowed on Saturday to find out what caused a crane collapse that killed 107 people at Mecca's Grand Mosque ahead of the annual hajj pilgrimage.
"We will investigate all the reasons and afterwards declare the results to the citizens," Salman said after visiting the site.
Parts of the Grand Mosque remained sealed off on Saturday around the wreckage of the crane, which also injured around 200 people when it crashed into a courtyard.
But there was little mourning among pilgrims, who snapped pictures of the collapsed metal and continued with their prayers and rituals.
"I wish I had died in the accident, as it happened at a holy hour and in a holy place," Egyptian pilgrim Mohammed Ibrahim told AFP.
Om Salma, a Moroccan pilgrim, said "our phones have not stopped ringing since yesterday with relatives calling to check on us".
Indonesians and Indians were among those killed when the crane collapsed, while the injured included Malaysians, Egyptians, Iranians, Turks, Afghans and Pakistanis.
Salman expressed his condolences to the families of the dead, and then visited a local hospital "to check on the health of the injured", the official Saudi Press Agency said.
"Suddenly, I heard thunder and then we heard a very loud noise. That was the sound of the crane falling," Mohammed, a Moroccan pilgrim, told AFP.
Earlier, a Saudi official said the hajj, expected to start on September 21, would go ahead despite the tragedy.
"It definitely will not affect the hajj this season, and the affected part will probably be fixed in a few days," said the official, who declined to be named.

The account below of the government’s 9/11 conspiracy theory reads like a parody, but in fact is an accurate summary of the official 9/11 conspiracy theory. The diplomatic world is abuzz with talk about the audacity of Vladimir Putin’s gambits in the Crimea, Ukraine and, now, Syria. Notwithstanding all the anti-Russian palaver in the Western Press, an institution which is becoming increasingly ignored and despised by people in the streets, the Russian moves are predictable and consistent with Russia’s patently justified insistence on a world devoid of a unipolar monopoly like that of the United States. Since the beginning of the Syrian war, a war planned by the United States, Britain and France, as has been revealed by Wikileaks and the former French foreign minister, and funded mostly by the Saudi Arabian and Qatari kakocracies, and facilitated by the Turkish Neo-Ottoman megalomaniac, Recep Tayyip Erdoghan, Russia has stood firmly on the principle of non-intervention in the internal affairs of other countries, a posture historically snubbed by the U.S., France and the U.K. While Russia provided Syria with armaments, it did not do so in violation of any U.N.S.C. resolution nor was the provisioning of the Syrian Army free of charge. Those days when the Soviet Union unloaded vast quantities of weapons on allies are over. Today, Moscow expects payment for its products. And, today, Syria (which had zero debt in March 2011) has mortgaged the naval base at Tartous, accepted a line of credit with Moscow, and has depended on its closest ally, Iran, for further help. All this clever leveraging resulted in the Syrian government being able to withstand the war crimes committed by the American sociopaths in Washington. Syria is solid and its economy is improving despite the ravaging of its infrastructure by mostly foreign terrorists and some Syrian traitors whose fates are sealed in Syrian blood.
Russian advisers are a part of the relationship between Syria and its giant ally to the north. New weapons systems have to be absorbed without sending much-needed personnel to Russia for training on them. Russia simply sends the weapons by sea, mostly, along with the experts for training who are flown in usually to the Mazza Airbase outside Damascus. For a time, Russia also provided tactical advice to the Syrian high command based on Russia’s own experience in fighting terrorism both in Afghanistan and Chechnya. That relationship was interrupted for a short time as the Syrian government experimented with Iranian general Qassem Solaymaani’s new strategies – which did not produce the results expected. Today, Russia is back. Why?
Most of this essay is based on actual evidence produced by our sources in Latakia. There is also room here for studied speculation as to the timing of the Russian intervention. I do not use the word “intervention” in a manner to suggest that the Russian army is taking over the battle from the Syrian Arab Army. Not by any means. Here, intervention means that Russia is going beyond merely diplomatic and armament support for the Syrian government. Russia, has embarked on a new plan designed to ramp up the costs to those countries embedded in institutionalized terrorism; i.e. the U.S., U.K. France, KSA, Qatar and Turkey.
All this is taking place with the clues abounding. King Salman of Saudi Arabia planned a much-trumpeted visit to Moscow in order to discuss how the Saudis could unhitch Russia from Dr. Assad. The king cancelled citing poor health. SyrPer has learned that the king of the pre-Iron Age kingdom cancelled because Sergei Lavrov told his counterpart in Riyaadh, ‘Aadil Jubayr, a notorious American puppet, that Putin would not discuss anything having to do with Assad, but, that he was hoping oil prices would be on the agenda. Although, King Salmaan, was going to discuss prices, he wanted to condition cooperation in pricing with Russian abandonment of the Syrian president. (I have discussed in previous essays the Saudi and Turk obsession with Assad’s ouster.)
Another clue to how President Putin is thinking occurred just 2 weeks ago when he dragged in the Turk ambassador to Moscow telling him to convey to Erdoghan a Russian “go to Hell”. He told the ambassador, whose jaw reportedly sunk to floor level, that he was considering breaking diplomatic relations with Ankara if Erdoghan continued to support terrorists in Syria and Iraq. He concluded by calling Erdoghan a “Hitler”. Turkey is now on notice that the Russian bear is not pleased with the actions of its president. Judging by election results, even the people of Turkey are now turning against Erdoghan and his Muslim Brotherhood political party.
Even General Gerasimov, Russia’s very hard-lined and aggressive Chief of Staff, weighed in by issuing a warning to Erdoghan that there are missiles aimed right at his bedroom. The general would never have made such a statement unless he knew the Kremlin would not object. Sergei Lavrov, who is of Georgian and Armenian ethnic extraction, has understood the Ottoman mentality of Erdoghan, and has also been preparing the ground for the events which we are about to discuss.
And remember how Russia supposedly delivered a wing of MiG 31B “Foxhounds” to Syria. In truth, and we have been telling our readers for years, Syria has had the MiGs since at least 2007, but, were prohibited from using them except in a “theater war” with the Zionist Ghetto State. The MiG 31Bs were stored in underground, fortified hangars at different airbases in order to avoid any mass destruction. They were not permitted to fly, although Syria violated its agreement once when the Zionists struck the Jamraayaa complex on May 5, 2013 claiming they were hitting weapons systems destined for Hizbollah. Syria struck back by flying one MiG 31B from a base in Tartous Province over the Mediterranean to fire missiles at the Zionist nuclear site in Dimona.
Russia has also announced new naval drills off the coast of Syria to start this Tuesday. It is another sign of growing Russian impatience with American, British and French temporizing and hypocrisy in the war against terror.
In order to transfer large numbers of troops to Syria along with new technology, Russia needs to fly over various countries on specific routes. I have already responded to one reader who bewailed the Bulgarian government’s rejection of such fly-overs. The Bulgarians insisted on the duty to inspect the airplanes. Russia told the Bulgarians “nyet” and has secured other routes. Bulgaria is playing with fire as it tries to placate the Americans whose irrational behavior implies a genuine paranoia about how the events they are conducting in Syria are playing out. Greece has okayed the over-flights, however, the route appears out of the question, now. But the best option, is that of the Caspian Sea over the nations of Iran and Iraq, neither of which has any objection to Russia using their airspace. That problem is solved completely. (Russia’s best option would be over Turkey, but, the absurdity of that should be obvious to all.)
We can confirm the following facts on the ground: Russian ships are docking at both ports of Tartous and Latakia. Russia is expanding an airbase to the east of Latakia on flat ground. This airbase is protected by a huge constellation of air defense installations which include the S-300 and Pantsir systems. The runways being extended by the Russian and Syrian engineers appear designed to handle larger supply aircraft like the Antonov 124. In addition to this, a reported regiment of Speznaz troops are presently in the town of Slinfeh, (my wife’s home town where we have no paucity of sources) along with military analysts. One relative told me everyone is learning some Russian and that, since their arrival, tourism has increased due to the stability and security attendant to the Russian’s arrival.
The presence of Speznaz anti-insurgency forces from Russia disclosed a sad reality which occurred a few days ago. I was told by a source, ‘Ali, that a highly trained sniper near the town of Al-Rubay’ah had held down Syrian troops for 4 weeks preventing them from advancing. The Speznaz commander learned of this problem and dispatched commandos trained to liquidate snipers like him. The Russians killed the sniper within two hours causing some consternation among Syrian field commanders. As it turned out, a renegade officer in the SAA, was discovered and arrested. He was deliberately preventing our troops from assaulting the sniper’s position. His communications with Alqaeda in Hatay, in Turk-Occupied Syria, revealed the whole story. He will be executed for treason.
Look carefully at the map provided. Scroll about to see why Slinfeh was selected. It certainly was not just because of its incredible beauty. It sits at the highest level of the mountain range under the shadow of one of Syria’s most powerful communications beacons. It is right at the summit, which if crossed, takes you down a magnificent route with the entire Waadi Al-Ghaab presented like a crazyquilt blanket. You can see everything as you wind your way down from the cool heights to the windy and hot valley below. Jisr Al-Shughoor lies just below Hallooz and Ghassaaniyya, the quaint Christian villages violated by the stinking wretches from Tunisia and Libya who brought their virulent strain of syphilis with them. Russia appears to be interested in any area which borders Turkey. We might want to watch how this focus on Erdoghan evolves.
Both Turkey and the Zionist Entity appear to be investing more in the conflict. This comes at a time when Cameron and Abbot have made the decision to intensify their roles despite the misgivings of millions of their citizens. This ratcheting up of the so-called war against ISIS has been interpreted in Moscow as a poorly disguised campaign to destroy Syria fully and finally, to turn it into Libya. Sergei Lavrov said exactly that yesterday when he told the world Syria would not become another Libya – a reminder of the seething anger in both Moscow and Beijing over the ruse played on them at the UNSC which led to the annihilation of the Libyan state and the senseless murder of its leader by an illiterate Libyan teenager – and all this to supposedly protect civilians. Now we have the same ISIS created by the West giving the West the excuse it needs to go in and finish off the government in Damascus. I am afraid the pariah regimes in Washington and London are in for a big surprise.
This is what I know so far about the Russian presence in Syria. I know there are more advisers flying into Damascus for what is an assertion of Russia’s absolute insistence on protecting its allies. With Iran now out of the embargo status which kept it from flexing its muscles fully, Moscow knows it has the kind of depth and support it needs to help the Syrian people to rid themselves of this plague once and for all. US policy paper called for the occupation of northern Syria with special operations forces. Now Foreign Policy reports northern Syria is being flooded by "volunteers" from America.
The paper would lay out in no uncertain terms that (emphasis added):
The idea would be to help moderate elements establish reliable safe zones within Syria once they were able. American, as well as Saudi and Turkish and British and Jordanian and other Arab forces would act in support, not only from the air but eventually on the ground via the presence of special forces as well. The approach would benefit from Syria’s open desert terrain which could allow creation of buffer zones that could be monitored for possible signs of enemy attack through a combination of technologies, patrols, and other methods that outside special forces could help Syrian local fighters set up. Were Assad foolish enough to challenge these zones, even if he somehow forced the withdrawal of the outside special forces, he would be likely to lose his air power in ensuing retaliatory strikes by outside forces, depriving his military of one of its few advantages over ISIL. Thus, he would be unlikely to do this.
Not only does Brookings lay out an open conspiracy to invade and occupy Syria, it does so with the open admission that the goal is not to degrade the fighting capacity of the so-called "Islamic State" (ISIS or ISIL), but rather to undermine and eventually overthrow the Syrian government. In fact, Brookings makes a point of stating that the goal would be to seize and hold Syrian territory to further advance American ambitions toward regime change, and would move quickly to degrade the Syrian government's ability to resist ISIS if any attempts were made by Damascus to stop the US invasion.
News reports have trickled out regarding US and British "fighters" operating in Syria. Their backgrounds, affiliations, logistical support, and transportation to the battlefield have been intentionally left ambiguous by the Western media. Occasionally, open admissions are made that US and British special forces are operating in Syria, with one recent report indicating British Special Air Service (SAS) operators were in Syria "dressed as ISIS fighters." The UK Express reported in their article, "SAS dress as ISIS fighters in undercover war on jihadis," that:
The unorthodox tactic, which is seeing SAS units dressed in black and flying ISIS flags, has been likened to the methods used by the Long Range Desert Group against Rommel's forces during the Second World War. More than 120 members belonging to the elite regiment are currently in the war-torn country on operation Shader, tasked with destroying IS equipment and munitions which insurgents constantly move to avoid Coalition air strikes.
Of course, this alleged and very risky military operation to "destroy IS equipment and munitions" in Syria begs belief as all of ISIS' equip first enters Syria at the very Turkish-Syrian border the SAS likely staged to begin their operation. Strategically and tactically, interdicting ISIS' supplies before they reach Syria would effectively cripple ISIS' fighting capacity in the matter of weeks. It is clear that the SAS and other Western special forces are not in Syria to fight ISIS, but as Brookings itself admits, to take and hold Syrian territory from which terrorist groups, including ISIS can more safely wage war against Damascus.

The last remaining corridor is being protected in a slowly forming "safe haven" by NATO - revealing the true source of ISIS' power and NATO's true goal in Syria. .
...the number of Americans traveling abroad to fight the Islamic State is picking up, with 44 percent of all fighters identified in the report arriving between May and mid-August of 2015. Whether you think of them as brave patriots stepping up to oppose a pressing threat or meddlesome war tourists taking foolish risks, one thing seems certain: More Americans will be arriving in Iraq and Syria to take up the fight against the Islamic State in the near future.
The anecdotes used to qualify Foreign Policy's claims that these fighters are "volunteers" and not special forces or paid mercenaries are the clearest indication that the article, and many like it, are a cover story. Ironically, it would be one of Cass Sunstein's "independent credible voices," Eliot Higgins - who regularly claims Russian volunteers in Ukraine are in fact sanctioned by Moscow - who would publish a "report" supporting Foreign Policy's "volunteer" premise.
In reality, Foreign Policy is covering up the immediate implementation of admitted and documented US foreign policy to invade and occupy Syrian territory using special forces. A growing number of US and British special forces in Syria to take and hold territory will be impossible to cover up perpetually, so alternative narratives explaining the large and growing numbers of Western fighters in Syria has been fabricated.
And while the prospect of volunteers travelling to Syria is not entirely fantastical, the transportation, funding, arming, and both tactical and political support of these fighters requires state resources. The fact that American citizens are forbidden by law to partake in foreign conflicts in this manner, yet are able to freely enter Turkey, then cross at Turkish-controlled checkpoints to fight in Syria - like the flow of weapons, supplies, and fighters to bolster ISIS at these same checkpoints - suggests stated US foreign policy to both use armed terrorist groups to overthrow the Syrian government by proxy, and now the use of US and British military forces to do so directly, is being executed before the eyes of the world.
A vote to block President Barack Obama’s Iran nuclear deal failed on Thursday as Democrats handed him a welcome foreign policy victory.
As expected, US senators fell two votes shy of the 60 needed to advance a resolution disapproving of the international accord, meaning the legislation aimed at sabotaging the deal is essentially dead.
"The Senate has spoken with a clarion voice and declared that the historic agreement to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon will stand," Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid said after Democrats cleared the way for the accord.
Obama hailed the vote as "a victory for diplomacy, for American national security, and for the safety and security of the world."
"Going forward, we will turn to the critical work of implementing and verifying this deal so that Iran cannot pursue a nuclear weapon, while pursuing a foreign policy that leaves our country -- and the world -- a safer place."
Four Democrats including Chuck Schumer, the party's likely Senate leader in 2017 once Reid retires, opposed the accord, joining all 54 Republicans.
But the 58-42 vote in favor of disapproval was not enough to get over the 60-vote procedural hurdle.
The result effectively assures that the deal will go into force while sparing Obama the embarrassment of having to use his veto pen against a disapproval resolution.
But Republicans, who unanimously oppose the accord, vowed to keep fighting, with House Speaker John Boehner insisting "this debate is far from over."
Boehner said House Republicans will "use every tool at our disposal to stop, slow and delay this agreement from being fully implemented," including suing the president to prevent him from carrying out the Iran accord.
"That is an option that is very possible," Boehner told reporters Thursday.
