Syrian Army Advances across Country, Kills Scores of Terrorists

The Syrian Army tightened noose around the terrorists in different areas across the country, establishing control over more villages, destroying their gatherings, hideouts, weapons and equipment, killing scores of them.

Homs

A unit of the army and armed forces blew up a tunnel for terrorist organizations and kills six terrorists in Talbeeseh in the northern countryside of Homs.

Earlier, the Syrian army air force destroyed ISIL terrorists’ gatherings and movement axes in the village of Hawarin, Housh Abu Faraj, Maheen town and its surroundings and at al-Mustaoda’at area in the countryside of Homs central province.

A military source told SANA Monday, that the ISIL terrorist organization suffered huge losses in personnel due to the army operations, and their depots, weapons, ammunition and machinegun-equipped vehicles were destroyed.

Army advances in several areas of Damascus Countryside

Army units concentrated its operations on the axis of Marj al-Sultan Military Airport inside Eastren al-Ghouta, establishing control over al-Rahba and the farms surrounding it in Damascus Countryside, according to sources on the ground.

The operations ended up with destroying fortified positions and dens of terrorist organizations and the killing of many of their members and injuring others in Marj al-Sultan village.

The sources also added that army units targeted dens of "Jaish al-Islam" in Douma area, destroying mortar launch-pad, weapons and ammunition in Alyia Farms and killing a number of terrorists in al-Hajaryia Farms and al- Quwatli Street in Douma city.

Daraa

Units of the army destroyed four mortar launch-pads for terrorist organizations in the Refugees Camp in Daraa al-Balad.

All members of a terrorist organization were killed and their car was destroyed to the south of Syriatel Building in the continued operations of the army against the supply routes of the terrorist organizations, in addition to destroying one of their dens to the east of the National Hospital in Daraa al-Balad area in the southern Daraa province.

Suwaida

A unit of the army destroyed vehicles and tanks for ISIL terrorists in Mashbak al-Wediyan area in the eastern countryside of Suwaida.

In the northeastern countryside of the southern Suwaida province, units of the army carried out precise strikes against positions of the ISIL terrorists in Khirbet Sa’d village and in al-Ghabeb valley.

Heavy losses were inflicted upon ISIL terrorists in personnel and arms and a number of their positions were destroyed in the strike

Latakia

Army establishes control over more villages north of Latakia

A military source announced Monday that the Army established control over the villages of Deir Hanna, al-Daghmashliyeh, Bait Aiyash and Medakhat Ghamam area in the northern countryside of the coastal Latakia province after inflicting heavy losses upon the Takfiri terrorist organizations in personnel and equipment.

The source told SANA that the army units, in cooperation with the popular defense groups, aided by the Russian air force, continued advance in the northern countryside of the province and established control over those villages.

The army inflicted heavy losses upon terrorist organizations and destroyed their headquarters with all weapons and ammunition inside them, The source added.

Meanwhile, the Syrian army air force targeted terrorist organizations’ headquarters and movement axes in the villages and towns of al-Zweik and Rabiaa in the northeastern countryside of the province.

The army destroyed the terrorists’ headquarters and fortresses with all terrorists on board and all weapons and ammunition inside them.

Aleppo

In the northern province of Aleppo, the Syrian Army air force targeted al-Nusra Front (Qaeda affiliate in Syria) and other terrorist organizations’ gatherings and their supply and movements’ axes to the north of Pashkoi village and in al-Mansoura village in the northern and western countryside of Aleppo province.

The army’s air raids destroyed hideouts, vehicles, weaponry and gatherings for ISIL terrorists in the villages of Akouleh, Aharbaa, Aran and Shamawiyeh in Aleppo eastern countryside.

Hama

Army units, in cooperation with popular defense groups, eliminated more than 50 terrorists during operations against their positions in the northern countryside of Hama.
