Syrian Army Continues Targeting Terrorist Organizations across Country

Syrian armyThe Syrian army operations against the terrorist organizations continued in many areas across the country, killing scores of their members and destroying their vehicles, headquarters and positions.

Aleppo

The Syrian army air force destroyed the ISIL terrorist organization’s fortresses, gatherings and vehicles with all terrorists onboard in the villages of Tal Ahmar,  Tal Ayyoub and Um Zalilah in the eastern countryside of Aleppo province.

A military source told SANA Wednesday that an army unit destroyed al-Nusra and other Takfiri terrorist organizations’ gatherings, hideouts and vehicles in al-Ameriyeh village in the southeastern countryside of the province.

Meanwhile, terrorists’ headquarters were also destroyed with all terrorists, weapons and ammunition inside them in the army operations against their hotbeds in the neighborhoods of al-Sheikh Lutfi, al-Ramouseh, al-Rashidin4, Bani Zaid and Sheikh Khedur in the city of Aleppo.

Idleb

The army units killed 4 terrorists of “Jaish al-Fatah” and destroyed 8 of their vehicles in Baslia and Tal As to the south of Idleb city.

Hama

An army unit struck with artillery a terrorist group which was moving by a car loaded with large amounts of weapons and ammunition on the road between Doir al-Akrad and Jub al-Za’arour in Hama countryside. All terrorists onboard were killed.

Field sources told SANA that army units dealt heavy blows to dens of the so called “al-Ezza Brigades” in al-Latamina town to the north of Hama city.

At least 14 terrorists were killed during the operation, including Mohamed Ali al-Raadoun, leader of a terrorist group, destroying 4 vehicles.

The sources confirmed the killing of at least 4 terrorists during an army’s operation against a den of a group affiliated to the so called “Jaish al-Fatah” in Latmin village in the northern countryside of Hama.

Army units also launched operations against the dens of “Ahrar al-Sham Islamic Movement” and “The Islamic Union of Ajnad al-Sham” in Kafr Zita and Morek.

The operations ended up with destroying a terrorist site and 2 vehicles and the killing of 10 terrorists including Mohamed Khair al-Araj and Moustafa al-Ali.

Homs

In the central province of Homs, the Syrian army air force destroyed ISIL terrorists’ positions and vehicles in Palmyra, al-Sukhne and al-Sowane in the eastern countryside of the province.

Damascus countryside

SANA-Field sources told SANA that the army established control on new farms to the north of Marj al-Sultan village and advanced towards Harasta al-Qantara and Noulah in the south of Ghouta in special operations against dens of al-Nusra terrorists.

Many terrorists were killed during the operations, among them were Izz eddin Barkhash, Ala Wafa and Ahmad Ghazal.

The sources added that an army unit killed several terrorists, among them Ziad Hassoun, in a special operation against dens of terrorists in Hamouriya town.

In Douma, the army’s artillery killed three terrorists; their names were Adnan al-Nakhar, Ahmad Shihab and Basel al-Za’aem.

Daraa

A number of terrorists, most of them from al-Nusra Front (Qaeda branch in Syria) and other Takfiri organizations were killed and others were injured in al-Naziheen Camp and the area surrounding al-Yarmouk suburb in Daraa.

A unit of army launched artillery strikes against a terrorist group that was moving by vehicles on the western side of al-Yarmouk suburb.

The strikes damaged a number of vehicles and destroyed two other vehicles with all terrorists, arms and ammunition inside them.

Another unit of army carried out a special operation during which they eliminated a den for al-Nusra terrorists inside al-Naziheen Camp on the outskirts of Daraa al-Balad.

Meanwhile, Terrorist organizations acknowledged on their social media pages that 13 of their members were killed in different areas in Daraa countryside.
