Saudi Aggression Continues, Yemenis Retaliate
Saudi warplanes bombed the town of al-Mukha in the Ta’az Province in Yemen’s extreme southwest, the Harib al-Qaramish town in the west-central Ma’rib Province, and another town in the Sana’a Province, on Friday, the al-Masira television reported.
Besides, other reports added that an unspecified number of people were martredin al-Qaramish.
In response, Yemeni forces and fighters of the Popular Committees retaliated by launching rocket against a gathering of the mercenaries in Ma’rib, the report said. The television stated that dozens of mercenaries were killed in the operation.
Earlier in the month, it was informed that Saudi mercenaries killed three children in Yemen’s Jawf Province after assaulting a number of civilian buildings in the Matun district there.
Saudi Arabia launched its military aggression against Yemen on March 26, 2015 in a bid to bring Abed Rabboh Mansour Hadi, an ally of Riyadh, back to power.
More than 9,400 people were martyred and at least 16,000 others injured since the onset of the aggression.
The Saudi strikes also took a heavy toll on the country’s facilities and infrastructure, destroying many hospitals, schools, and factories.
