Israel seems very concern about its future with the balances resulted from the inevitable path of the developments of the situation in Syria, the consolidation of the upper hand of the axis of the resistance, and the progression of Russia as a full peer partner to America in the region’s decisions, as it seems that it reached to impasse in the bet on further force or maneuver by using the force to impose new equations and new rules of engagement that preserve security controls and presence guarantees. Therefore the rapid US intervention in the Israeli-Palestinian negotiating path has become necessary to search for how to keep Israel out of danger.
At the beginning of Trump’s reign the Americans tried to test the limits of power by imposing equations that allow through American-Israeli-Saudi –Turkish cooperation to propose a barter entitled linking the participation in the settlement in Syria with removing Hezbollah from it, but they all failed and when they tried to take Syria to a new confrontation round, they were shocked by the facts of the solidarity of the opposite front and its ability to have control in the field, so was the invasion of Mohammed Bin Salman against Damascus and the countryside of Hama after the limited effectiveness of Trump’s missiles and the raids of Benjamin Netanyahu have been shown.
Due to the presence of Russia in the Middle East that cannot be neglected or neutralized, and the presence of the growing axis of Syria, Iran, and Hezbollah, Washington which is committed to link any settlement in Syria with ensuing the future of Israel cannot but only to choose between the Russian and the Iranian ceilings. The Russian ceiling is a Palestinian –Israeli settlement according to an equation of the formation of a state on the occupied territories since 1967, accompanied with Israeli withdrawal from the Syrian and the Lebanese occupied territories to provide international security to Israel, where the withdrawal from the Syrian and the Lebanese territories seems less difficult than the recognition of a Palestinian state on the territories occupied in 1967 according to Israel. Washington starts helping in arranging the difficult issues to pave the way for the easier ones which each of Washington and Tel Aviv knows their consequences. The withdrawal from the Syrian and the Lebanese territories will be accompanied with a search in the future of the weapons of Hezbollah in Lebanon, and will open the door in Syria for the forces affiliated to West to be liberated from testing their nationalism in the issue of being hostile to Israel.
The most difficult part is the Palestinian issue, and it is not accepted to turn it into Israeli defeat, therefore, the matter must be arranged in a way that allows achieving the interest of Israel and to suggest that there is a coming solution that based on the formation of a Palestinian state on the territories occupied in 1967, this has already happened. This project entitled the Israeli acceptance of the Palestinian state on the territories occupied in 1967, and the negotiation on that basis, along with the immediate withdrawal from an important part of these territories that allow the formation of a semi-state. The US-Israeli project is a state that begins in Gaza that is shared by Hamas Movement and the authority of Mahmoud Abbas, where Gaza is granted the features of the port and the airport under Turkish supervision, and the withdrawal of Israel from the borders with Egypt to make the Egyptian security taking over the responsibility of the security of the emerging state, in addition to plans of reconstruction, and the start of the workshop of the power plants, and oil and gas exploration under Qatari auspices. Thus the essential titles of the Palestinian cause including Jerusalem and the right of return become mere bordered and legal differences between two governments at the negotiating table.
This is the outcome of setting the foundation stone in parallel with each the political document of Hamas Movement and the visit of Mahmoud Abbas to Washington.
