Martyr Ali Salman: Sayyed Nasrallah’s Shield
Many people claim on social media from time to time that they are publishing old photos of Hezbollah Secretary General His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah. Among the photos are some that show a person who is wearing eyeglasses.
But who is the person featured in those photos?
He is martyr Ali Salman who was born on February 14, 1967. His family comes from the southern Lebanese Shebaa village, but he was born and raised in Aramta.
His family was forced to migrate with the beginning of the civil war to the Lebanese capital city, Beirut, where he studied his elementary and secondary studies in Ain Remmaneh Public School.
He joined the Imam al-Mahdi [AS] Scout, Imam Ridha [AS] branch in Bir al-Abed, then joined the Islamic Resistance in 1985. He undertook several military training courses and was promoted to work within the team to protect Sayyed Nasrallah while he was member of Hezbollah Shura Council. He was known for being close to him, with a nice relationship with him. He participated in several resistance missions, where he showed courage, and high self-esteem.
Abu Abbas was raised as a martyr while defending the nation on December 25, 1989 in Kfar Melki, Iqlim al-Tuffah. His body was laid to rest in the Martyrs’ Cemetry in Radouf, Beirut southern suburb.
