A huge part of Syrian-land is annexed by Turkey ,
while Syria is full of oppressed Turkish-Kurds refugees
and Turkish-Syriac-refugees and the Armenians who survived Turkey.
Now, Turkey wants to " reform " Syria
with the help of Qatar which is a synthetic-city-state (born 1971)
that does not have enough nationals
as to form an indigenous-police-force
therefore it is all sub-contracted and manned by foreigners,
like its Army , hospitals , schools ,offices, factories ,shops,
brothels and harems too .
