RAMALLAH, (PIC)-- International Tadamun (solidarity) society for human rights said it received on Tuesday morning a letter leaked from an Israeli jail including humanitarian demands made by Palestinian prisoners.

The society noted that the prisoners in their letter demanded to end violations against their rights and to fulfill their humanitarian needs.

According to the letter, the prisoners made 10 obvious demands, most prominently, ending the solitary confinement of prisoners, allowing families to see their sons and daughters, especially those from Gaza, and addressing all problems that female prisoners suffer from in prison.

The demands were published fully and unabridged by the Palestinian information center (PIC) on its Arabic website.
