Israel: African immigrants ‘threaten Jewish identity’

REHMAT's World

On September 9, 2014, the US-based Human Rights Watch (HRW), one of pro-Israel lobby groups, reported that the Zionist regime has illegally coerced almost 8,000 African migrants, mostly Sudanese and Eritreans into returning to their native countries where some faces persecution.
The report documents how Israel’s convoluted legal rules thwart Eritrean and Sudanese asylum seekers’ attempts to secure protection under Israeli and international law. Israeli authorities have labelled Eritreans and Sudanese a “threat”, branded them “infiltrators,” denied them access to fair and efficient asylum procedures, and used the resulting insecure legal status as a pretext to unlawfully detain or threaten to detain them indefinitely, coercing thousands into leaving. Read the 83-page HRW report here and watch a video below.
On December 17, 2012 HRW fired one of its directors, professor Richard Falk (Jewish) without proper notification for exposing Israel’s war crimes. The firing was the result of a letter sent to Kenneth Roth (Jewish), executive director HRW by Hillel C. Neuer, executive director UN Watch, a Geneva-based pro-Israel Jewish lobby group.
In May 2012, Zionist prime minister Netanyahu declared these African migrants who were used as an anti-Khartoum PR earlier as threat to Israel’s Jewish identity.
Gerry Simpson, the Jewish author of the report said HRW saw Israel’s policy as amounting to “coercive measures” and part of a policy of “unlawful forced return, torture and other serious harm, affecting thousands of Eritreans and Sudanese. The report also criticized the Zionist entity for granting refugee status to just 0.1 percent of Eritrean asylum seekers, compared to 83 percent of Eritreans accorded that status worldwide.
