Palestinian sources mentioned that the Zionist Mossad Service assassinated the released Palestinian prisoner Omar Nayef who had been dwelling in Bulgaria for 20 years.
Nayef was one of the Popular Front for Liberation of Palestine cadres and a prisoner at the Zionist jails in 1990.
The Popular Front for Liberation of Palestine issued a statement in which it clarified that Nayef was assassinated at the Palestinian embassy in Bulgaria and accused its staff of aiding the Mossad agents.
The Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas decided to form an investigation committee to follow up the case with the Bulgarian authorities.
