Former First Minister of Scotland and leader of Scottish National Party (ANP), Alex Salmond is currently being hunted by country’s Jewish Lobby. Both Israeli officials and British Jewish leaders have condemned Alex Salmond for condeming a senior Israeli official who called Iran’s Supreme leader Ayatullah Ali Khameini “Holocaust denier” during a Holocaust memorial event in Israel, while Iranian president Dr. Hassan Rouhani was on an official visit to France.
Alex Salmond MP, who currently represents David Cameron government at theCouncil of Europe, called the Israeli accusation “inappropriate”.
Simon Johnson, political editor at UK’s newspaper Telegraph (January 29) condemned Salmond for ignorant of Khamenei’s video posted on his website on the Holocaust Day (January 27) in which he denied that Nazis killed six million Jews.
The video the Jew idiot was mentioning had nothing to do with the six million myth. In reality, the video, entitled, Are the Dark Ages over? posted on Khamenei’s personal blog questioned how the Nazis victims have turned oppressors of Palestinian Muslims and Christians.
Our Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau didn’t even mention Jews in his Holocaust statement.
French Senate President Gerard Larcher during his meeting in Paris on the Holocaust Day, told Iranian president Dr. Rouhani: “France trusts Iran’s positive role in solving regional problems and battling terrorism (here).
Alex Salmond is no anti-Israel. In fact he has several famous anti-Muslim and pro-Israel billionaires Rupert Murdoch and Donald Trump as his friends. His SNP, on the other hand, wants independence from Britain and happens to be supported by 40,000 Scottish Muslims.
In December 2015, Alex Salmond did an unforgiveable act of antisemitism. He lead a SNP parliamentary delegation to Islamic Republic of Iran to boost trade relations between Iran and Scotland. While in Iran, Salmond met several Iranian ministers, parliamentarians, bank and export officials. He told Ali Larijani, Speaker of Majlis that “his ruling party SNP has always against the decisions of westerners make against Iran and believes these decisions, which have made many problems for Iran as well as other countries, are fundamentally wrong.”
You got to give Jewish Lobby some credit for crying wolf every time one of its allies criticize Israel. In November 2011, when then French president Sarkozy told Obama that Netanyahu is a LIAR, Abraham Foxman, head of ADL, blamed seven million French Muslims for the rise in French hatred toward 500,000 French Jews.
In August 2014, when Baroness Warsi resigned from David Cameron’s government over its pro-Israel policies – BBC’s boss Danny Cohen (Jewish), told a conference in Jerusalem: “I’ve never felt so uncomfortable being a Jew in the UK as I’ve felt in the last 12 months. And it’s made me think about, you know, is it our long-term home, actually. Because you feel it. I’ve felt it in a way I’ve never felt before actually. And you’ve seen the number of attacks rise. You’ve seen murders in France. You’ve seen murders in Belgium. It’s been pretty grim actually. And having lived all my life in the UK, I’ve never felt as I do now about antisemitism in Europe.”
In May 2015, the Jewish Chronicle reported that 6000 Jews living in Scotland don’t feel safe as result of SNP anti-Israel statements.
