Russia Affirms its Support to Syria Economically, Politically, and Militarily

Russian Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs led a high-level delegation to the Syrian capital Damascus to affirm Moscow’s position towards its oldest continuous and reliable friend, and at times a close ally, in the face of an unprecedented dirty war of terror and attrition waged against it by the world’s superpowers and super-rich countries.

The delegation included the Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov and a host of business representatives, the visit included a meeting with President Bashar Assad and resulted in a number agreements covering the rebuilding of Syria’s infrastructure and emphasizing on Syria’s sovereignty, territorial unity and integrity.

In addition to facing the NATO-sponsored merciless terrorists, US proxy separatist militias, and the blockade, the COVID 19 measures added further burden to the Syrian economy, with sporadic forest fires in one of its remaining fertile regions not infested by the terrorists or occupation forces.

The following is a compiled report by the Lebanese Al Mayadeen news station covers the important outcomes of the visit and side of the press conference held by the Russian Deputy Prime Minister, and the Syrian and Russian foreign ministers Walid al-Muallem and Sergey Lavrov:

The work on the Syrian track depends on what was reached between the Russian, Iranian and Turkish presidents, with the support and approval of the Syrian leadership, and that what unites the three countries’ views is seeking to prevent the Iraqi and Libyan scenario despite the differences in viewpoints.

With regard to the issue of Syria’s sovereignty, territorial unity, and integrity, all the charters and documents issued through the Astana track, like all the Russian-Turkish bilateral agreements, literally stipulate the two countries ’commitment to the sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity of Syria, noting that the territories under the control of the Syrian government have expanded significantly after signing the additional Russian-Turkish memorandum.

Of course, there are significant differences in the positions of Moscow, Ankara, and Tehran on how to conduct the Syrian settlement, and we can see them in the statements of the representatives of these countries, but what unites Russia, Iran, and Turkey is the steadfast pursuit of preventing a recurrence of the Iraq or Libya scenario. Our joint action within the framework of the Astana process depends on the imperative of respecting the sovereignty, independence, unity, and territorial integrity of Syria, the importance of preventing any external interference in its internal affairs, and the importance of preventing any external incitement to the separatist atmosphere.

Syrian Foreign Minister Walid al-Muallem said that the debate on the Syrian constitution will continue until an agreement is reached, indicating that what will come out of the constitutional committee will be submitted to a popular referendum.

Foreign Minister Walid al-Muallem: With regard to the next constitution, this is up to what the members of the Constitutional Committee reach from both sides, if they want to amend the existing constitution or produce a new constitution, in both cases the product will be submitted to a popular referendum in order to ensure that it represents the widest popular representation.

There is no timetable for (preparing) the constitution. This constitution occupies special importance and a popular sanctity that cannot be completed in a hurry under pressure. This must be accomplished in a way that achieves the aspirations of the Syrian people. The debate on it will continue until they reach an understanding among themselves, and it has nothing to do with the presidential elections.

Russian Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, Yuri Borisov, said: Most of the areas rich in natural resources are outside the control of the Syrian government, which constitutes an obstacle to the Syrian trade, given that it is an important source of revenue.

The draft of the new agreement on expanding commercial, industrial, and economic cooperation between Russia and Syria includes more than 40 new projects, including reconstruction projects for energy institutions and infrastructure for the energy sector, in addition to the reconstruction of a number of hydroelectric power stations that were built by the Union (USSR) or with the participation of Soviet experts, in addition, a work contract has been signed for a Russian company on the Syrian coast to extract oil at sea, and this contract is awaiting its ratification.

The tragic situation in Syria and these obstacles are caused by the destructive position of the American administration, in addition to the unwillingness of the Kurds to communicate with Damascus and hand over control to the legitimate government in Damascus over the agricultural areas and oil and gas fields.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is in Damascus for the first time in eight years, accompanied by a large delegation, to strengthen relations between Moscow and Damascus.

Economically, Moscow seemed to continue to strengthen economic cooperation through agreements to be signed between Russia and Syria. Politically, regarding the Syrian presidential elections, Lavrov was clear by saying: The elections are the sovereign decision of the Syrian Arab Republic. While it was confirmed by Minister Al-Moallem that the Syrian presidential elections are taking place on schedule next year.

Minister Lavrov’s statements did not deviate from the expectations and readings prior to his arrival in Damascus. The Russian minister folded the eight years from the time of his first visit and the Syrian war with three titles as a way out that Damascus needs to get out of the complexities of the crisis, in the work of the Constitutional Committee, economic cooperation, and the completion of the war on terror.

It was not arbitrary that the Russian Deputy Prime Minister, Yuri Borisov, sat on one platform with the Russian and Syrian Foreign Minister Lavrov and Al-Muallem. Giving the economic dimension a place in the visit to Damascus was one of its most important goals in the agreements to rebuild the infrastructure in the energy and economy sector and expand Russian investments to alleviate the consequences of Caesar’s sanctions.

The few hours in the presidential palace also carried many messages, and the presidential statement went beyond just pre-registering the points of agreement between the two parties, but turned into a message about a partnership to be held in the war on economic sanctions and overcoming the blockade.

The meeting confirmed the continuation of the political process through the Astana track, which set a horizon and an exit point for the war in the hands of Moscow, Tehran, and Damascus, and continues to neutralize the Western powers that seek to divide Syria, and in the work of the Constitutional Committee in Geneva without a timetable for rewriting or amending the constitution, and there is no political solution except from inside Syria. According to UN Resolution 2254, in conjunction with the elimination of the remaining hotbeds of terrorism, to prevent a recurrence of the Libya and Iraq scenario in Syria.

Moscow sends to Damascus a high-level political and economic delegation to re-establish the general lines of its strategy in support of the Syrian state, and Moscow realizes that its position in the Syrian file is an essential part of its rise again in the world, but it is also mainly in ensuring fundamental issues that confirm the unity of soil and the Syrian map.

النظام العربي والسلطة الفلسطينية

في 13 أيلول القريب، بعد أيام، تمرّ بنا ذكرى حزينة تمثلت بالتوقيع على اتفاق أوسلو في حديقة البيت الأبيض، حيث ظهر على شاشات الفضائيات، الرئيس ياسر عرفات وإلى جانبه الرئيس محمود عباس باسمَيْن، فيما كان يقف مقابلهما إسحاق رابين بوجهه العابس المتعالي وبجانبه شمعون بيرس بسحنته الثعلبية، المضيفون والضيوف على حدّ سواء باسِمون، فيما غابت عن الشاشات الوجوه العابسة والغاضبة التي كانت تعرف إلى أيّ مآل سيصل هذا الاتفاق بالوضع الفلسطيني، وكيف سيمثل قاطرة تجرّ وراءها عربات التطبيع العربي والإسلامي، وفي ذات يوم الذكرى وفي ذات المكان سيتمّ توقيع الاتفاق الإماراتي – «الإسرائيلي».

للردّ على التداعيات التي تواجهها المسألة الفلسطينية، عُقد اجتماع للأمناء العامين لفصائل العمل الوطني الفلسطينية وذلك عبر (الفيديوكونفرنس) في كلّ من بيروت ورام الله وغزة يوم الخميس الماضي، وكان من الطبيعي أن تستأثر كلمتا الرئيس عباس ورئيس المكتب السياسي لحماس إسماعيل هنيه باهتمام المتابعين على قلة عددهم، تحدث الرئيس بلسان تصالحي، وأكد على أن لا تنازل عن الحدّ الأدنى المتعارف عليه في منظمة التحرير، والمتمثل بدولة فلسطينية على حدود الرابع من حزيران وعاصمتها القدس، وعلى حق العودة، وعلى رفض صفقة ترامب (القرن) التي اعتبر الرئيس أنّ الشعب الفلسطيني قد أسقطها، ومرّ على ذكر المقاومة الشعبية (السلمية)، فيما كان الشيخ هنية لطيفاً ومجاملاً في ردّه ومعترفاً بصفة الرئيس عباس، وأكد على رفض «صفقة القرن» وعلى رفض حماس إقامة الدولة في غزة برغم ما مورس عليها من ترغيب وترهيب، كما أكد على تمسك الحركة بخيار المقاومة بكافة أشكالها.

وفي نهاية اللقاء صدر بيان ختامي مشترك نمطي وتوافقي وأحال قرارات الاجتماع إلى لجان.

لم يحظ الاجتماع باهتمام واسع لا لدى الفلسطيني القديم (التقليدي) ولا لدى الفلسطيني الجديد (نسخة ما بعد 2007 التي أشرف عليها الجنرال الأميركي دايتون أمنياً ورئيس وزراء بريطانيا الأسبق اقتصادياً)، فالفلسطيني القديم لم يصدّق ما قاله المؤتمرون في خطاباتهم وفي بيانهم الختامي، فما يجري على الأرض شيء لا يتفق مع ما قيل أو ورد في البيان، ولم يكن البيان إلا تكراراً مملاً لكلّ البيانات التي صدرت منذ 2006 عن جولات الحوار ولقاءات المصالحة، لم يعجب الفلسطيني القديم لغة المجاملات التي يعرف أنها لا تعبّر بصدق عن حقيقة المشاعر ولا عن طريق إرسال السلامات لهذا أو التحيات لذاك، لذلك يرى الفلسطيني القديم أنّ ما حصل ليس إلا جولة من جولات موسمية، تعقد لأسباب طارئة، قد ترفع من معدلات التفاؤل الزائف مؤقتاً، لينقشع لاحقاً عن أزمات أعمق، طالما لم يتمّ تناول القضايا الأساسية بروح مسؤولة وجادة، طالما بقي نهج العمل بالسياسة بنظام المياومة هو السائد، أما إذا كان المطلوب تبادل الغزل وتراشق المديح، فلماذا لا نرى اتفاقاً على برنامج حدّ أدنى توافقي؟ ولماذا لا يزال الانقسام المدمّر قائماً لا بل انه يترسّخ ويتعمّق؟ لماذا لم تمارس المقاومة قبل الاجتماع كلّ بالشكل الذي يراه سلماً أو حرباً؟ لا أظن أنّ أحداً يصدّق أنّ إمكانية إقامة دولة فلسطينية على حدود الرابع من حزيران وعاصمتها القدس أمر ممكن بالمدى القريب أو المتوسط في ظلّ تبعات أوسلو وموازين القوى الراهنة.

أما الفلسطيني الجديد ففي ظني انه لم يتابع الاجتماع ولم يسمع به وربما لا يعرف معظم الخطباء ولم يسمع بهم أصلاً، فهو لا يحمل إلا همّه الخاص، ولا يعنيه أيّ شأن عام، يلهث وراء ما يترصّد في حسابه البنكي من بقايا الراتب إنْ كان موظفاً، بعد أن تخصم منه أقساط القروض وفوائدها، أما إنْ كان غير موظف فاهتمامه هو بالاتصال عبر وسائل التواصل الالكتروني بمنسق نشاطات الجيش الإسرائيلي في الضفة الغربية للحصول على تصريح عمل في المستوطنات الصهيونية ومزارعها ومصانعها وورشات بنائها.

حالة عدم الاكتراث باجتماع الأمناء العامين امتدّت لتشمل الحكومة الإسرائيلية والمجال العربي والدولي، فلم يصدر عن الحكومة الإسرائيلية ما يشير إلى قلقها اثر ما أطلقه بعض الخطباء من تهديدات، «الإسرائيلي» على ما بدا من ردّ فعله – أو للدقة من عدم ردّ فعله – يعرف المدى الذي يمكن أن يصل إليه هذا الاجتماع، وانه ليس إلا فزعة صوتية.

أما على المجال العربي فكانت أخبار عابرة لم تلق تأييدًا أو استنكاراً، وفي حين أشار بعض المتحمّسين إلى أنّ من ميزات الاجتماع انه تمّ دون وساطة عربية، فإنّ أخباراً تواترت تفيد أنّ حواراً مستفيضاً قد سبق هذا الاجتماع برعاية قطرية، وحين اعتذرت بيروت عن استضافة جزء من الاجتماع، تدخلت الدوحة وأرسلت سفيرها متعدّد المهام إلى بيروت للطلب من اللبنانيين القبول باستضافة اللقاء، ولا أظنّ قطر خالصة النية أو أنها جمعية خيرية ولجنة إصلاح، وإنما هي دولة لها مصالحها ورؤاها، وتتحضّر للانطلاق من جديد للعب دور إقليمي في حال فوز المرشح الديمقراطي جو بايدن في انتخابات مطلع تشرين الثاني المقبل.

لم يكن اجتماع الأمناء العامين آتياً من فراغ وإنما كانت له مقدماته وضروراته التي أملت على كلّ من رام الله وغزة عقده، وهكذا كان اللقاء الموسمي المؤقت حاجة لكليهما لمواجهة أخطار ملحة ومشتركة تتهدّدهما، المقدمة الأولى كانت في التطبيع الإماراتي – الإسرائيلي الذي يستطيع كلّ من لم يطبّع أو ينسّق مسبقاً أن يدينه بأشدّ العبارات، وهذا التطبيع لم يكن أمراً طارئاً أو مفاجئاً، فالعلاقات الإماراتية ـ «الإسرائيلية» قديمة، وما الإعلان عنها إلا تتويج للعلاقات المتواصلة والمعقدة بينهما والتي شملت معظم المجالات الاقتصادية والسياسية والأمنية، وهي تعود لوقت طويل ولكنه في غالب الأمر لا يسبق تاريخ 13 أيلول 1993، أما توقيته فقد جاء لتلبية حاجات حليفهم ومرشحهم في الانتخابات الأميركية الرئيس ترامب، فمن شأن هذا الاتفاق أن يدعمه بمادة انتخابية، ولكن الأهمّ أنّ التطبيع مع الإمارات يستبطن الخوف من القيادي الفتحاوي المفصول محمد دحلان المقيم في الإمارات وتربطه بأمرائها الإعجاب والثقة والعلاقات الحميمة، وقد تحدثت مصادر سياسية للصحافة الجادة بأنه سيتلقى دعماً عربياً وغربياً للعب دور هامّ في رام الله وغزة على حدّ سواء.

في الإقليم محاور رئيسة وأخرى فرعية، المحاور الرئيسة ثلاثة: الأول المحور السعودي – الإماراتي – المصري ومعهم ليبيا حفتر ويمن منصور هادي، وفي جنبات هذا المحور يلعب دحلان دوراً ما، يبالغ بعض الناس في حجمه زيادة ونقصاناً، ووجود دحلان في هذا المحور يقطع الطريق على رام الله لتكون عضواً فيه، والثاني محور تركيا – قطر – الإخوان المسلمون وبالطبع حماس حيث يقطع وجودها الطريق أيضاً على رام الله لأن تكون عضواً فيه، والثالث محور إيران – حزب الله الذي لا تريد رام الله أصلاً أن تكون فيه أو تقترب منه، ثم هناك محور فرعي جديد آخذ في التشكل، حيث أنّ التطبيع الإماراتي ولاحقاً الخليجي مع «إسرائيل» قد جعل دوري مصر والأردن يتآكلان، فيما العراق الحائر يشارك الأردن ومصر في حالة التهميش، عقدت الدول الثلاث قمّتها في عمّان مؤخراً، وكان من الطبيعي أن تكون رام الله معهم في هذه القمة وفي تشكيل هذا المحور اللاهث في سعيه نحو البقاء، إلا أنها لم تتلقّ دعوة للمشاركة، الأمر الذي زاد من ريبتها وضاعف من قلقها وشعورها أنّ النظام العربي قد غسل يديه منها، وفي إشارة إضافية تحمل ذات الدلالة، أنّ الجامعة العربية كانت قد رفضت طلباً فلسطينياً لاجتماع طارئ لمجلس الجامعة مخصّص لبحث مسألة التطبيع الإماراتي، إلا أنّ الطلب تمّ رفضه وأبلغ أمين عام الجامعة الخارجية الفلسطينية بأن يطرحوا ما يريدون في الاجتماع العادي والذي كان يوم أمس الأربعاء، ألقى وزير الخارجية كلمة مطوّلة وتقدّم بمشروع قرار تمّ إسقاطه، ثم أنّ ما توارد من أنباء عن دور محتمل لمحمد دحلان، يحمل مقداراً عالياً من الجدية والخطورة، جعلت من رام الله تسعى للاقتراب من غزة وتدعو إلى اجتماع الأمناء العامين بهذه النبرة التصالحية.

لا تستطيع المجاملات ولا المواقف الظرفية النهوض بالوضع الفلسطيني، وها قد مرّ أسبوع على الاجتماع ولم نسمع عن تشكيل لجنة الشخصيات الوطنية الوازنة التي ذكرها البيان الختامي والتي ستكلف بملف المصالحة وتنجزه في مدة أقصاها خمسة أسابيع، ما يستطيع النهوض بالحالة التي نعيشها هو في وحدة الشعب الفلسطيني على قاعدة لا تسقط خياراً ولا تستثني أحداً، ولا تتمسك بخيار المفاوضات الذي أصبح حرفة وحياة عند بعضهم، لا يمكن إعادة تجديد النظام السياسي الفلسطيني بدون انتخابات والقبول بنتائجها، ولا يمكن بناء برامج لا تتكئ على البعد القومي.

‘Israel’ Is Heading Down Failed Trajectory

The Zionist entity is divided, and the ‘Israeli’ leadership rides the divisions in the name of its own political survival at the expense of good governance and the occupation entity’s future.

You don’t need to go too far down the ‘Israeli’ entity’s current crash trajectory to understand what awaits ‘Israel’ in the future. Although the Zionist leaders promised to turn ‘Israel’ into the top, in practice it is going in the opposite direction.

The coronavirus exposed all of ‘Israel’s’ weak spots. The ‘Israelis’ live in divided communities, and the government doesn’t function.

All of the troubles that have plagued the ‘Israeli’ entity for decades, issues that were irresponsibly neglected by all governments but particularly by the ones led by Zionist Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, are now exploding in their faces. The chaos is so great that even the last tool at our disposal – a full lockdown – is not even necessarily implementable anymore.

There’s no question about who is responsible for this: Netanyahu is going to go down in the history books as one of the worst prime ministers in ‘Israel’s’ history. For 11 years, Netanyahu did everything to bow to every destructive dictate from the ultra-Orthodox community, to undermine Arab trust, to turn government bureaucrats into enemies, and to undermine the public’s faith in institutions, including the courts system, the police and the gatekeepers, Haaretz added.

Netanyahu will end his role in shaping ‘Israel’ in shame, and one can only hope that it’s not too late. The Zionist entity’s loss of control over the coronavirus is a wake-up call.

So far, the Tel Aviv regime has not managed to carry out localized lockdowns, and it’s not clear if it would be able to carry out a full lockdown, either. The government ministries are standing by helplessly, and lack of obedience is putting ‘Israel’ on one of the world’s worst sickness trajectories.

This isn’t the only issue that’s stuck due to either political failures or a blind eye to anything that isn’t the coronavirus. ‘Israel’ also hasn’t yet set a 2021 budget for which medications will receive funding for HMO members – referred to as the “medicine basket” – and senior Health Ministry posts such as directors of regulation, digital health services, and strategy and planning have been unoccupied for extended periods. Likewise the HMOs haven’t received additional funding to account for population growth and an aging population. 

In everything that has to do with employment, the ministries’ actions seem like an arm-wrestling match. The ministers and their bureaucrats sit at two ends of the table and try to improve their own position while wearing out their opponent.

The Zionist entity currently has some 500,000 settlers out of work, according to Central Bureau of Statistics data, but it’s failed in creating tools to help them out of the crisis. It offers no alternative to letting them stay on unpaid leave and receiving unemployment pay.

U.S. exploited 9/11 attacks to occupy Iraq and Afghanistan: Iraqi expert

TEHRAN – The U.S. plans to invade Iraq and Afghanistan gained stream immediately after the September 11, 2001 attacks on civilian and military targets in the United States. An Iraqi expert tells the Tehran Times that the Americans “exploited” the attacks to occupy Iraq and Afghanistan.

The attacks, carried out by al-Qaeda, killed almost 3,000 American and foreign citizens and sent shock waves across the world. In the wake of the attacks, the U.S. administration sought to pave the way for a military response to al-Qaeda and those allegedly supporting it.

Addressing the American people on the same day at 9 pm, then-President George W. Bush said, “We will make no distinction between the terrorists who committed these acts and those who harbor them.”

Only a week after the 9/11 attacks, Congress passed a special law allowing President Bush to punish the people who had aided or abetted the 9/11 attackers. The law, which was passed on September 18, 2001, stipulates “that  the  President  is  authorized  to  use  all necessary  and  appropriate  force  against  those  nations,  organizations,  or  persons  he  determines  planned,  authorized,  committed, or  aided  the  terrorist  attacks  that  occurred  on  September  11,  2001, or  harbored  such  organizations  or  persons,  in  order  to  prevent any future acts of international terrorism against the United States by such nations, organizations or persons.”

A few weeks later, the U.S. led a coalition to overthrow the Taliban regime in Afghanistan, and two years later, the U.S. invaded Iraq under the pretext of countering terrorism.

Nearly two decades after the 9 /11 attacks, the U.S. is still bogged down in “endless wars” in the region, which yielded no results in terms of combating terrorism, according to Reza Alghurabi, an Iraqi expert who closely monitors the situation in Iraq and Iran.

In order to assess one of the U.S. post-9/11 wars in the region, the Tehran Times interviewed Alghurabi. He weighed in on the situation in Iraq in the aftermath of the U.S. invasion of the country. He also touched on the U.S.-Iran relations in Iraq since 2003.

Q: In the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks, the issue of “counterterrorism” became prominent in U.S. foreign policy and eventually, it became one of the reasons for the occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan. Do you think the United States really wanted to fight terrorism in Iraq? And if so, how successful was it? How do you assess the U.S. presence in Iraq in terms of the fight against terrorism since 2003?

A: In addition to leading to the emergence of the U.S. counterterrorism agenda and the introduction of new concepts in the field of terrorism and international law, the 9/11 attacks led to one of the largest U.S. military campaigns and military interventions in recent decades in the ever sensitive region of West Asia.
Regardless of any assessment of the truth of 9/11, Washington’s subsequent exploitation of it shows that the Americans behaved in a completely political and abusive manner that led to the occupation of Afghanistan and Iraq.

It was clear at the time that the terrorists were mostly Saudi nationals, and that if the United States was to be honest in its counterterrorism plan, it would have had to deal with the source of religious extremism in the region, which is the Saudi regime and some other countries whose religious muftis kept playing role in the death of thousands of people and the spread of extremism and violence by issuing hundreds of fatwas [religious decrees] and sending financial aid through charities after the occupation of Iraq.

Despite spending billions of dollars on the counterterrorism project since 2001, Washington has failed to fight terrorism, and the growing spread of extremism, violence, and terrorism in recent years in areas where the Americans themselves have been present was not only a sign of Washington’s failure to fight terrorism, but it also raised serious doubts about its direct role in the spread of terrorism and violence.

Iraq is clearly still grappling with terrorism 17 years after [the American occupation], and from 2003 to 2011, when U.S. troops were officially present in Iraq, violence was widespread in the country and the United States failed to contain it.

Q: How many human rights violations did the United States commit in the years following the occupation of Iraq? In terms of human rights violations, can Abu Ghraib prison be compared to Guantanamo?

A: While the U.S. was present in Iraq as an occupying force, numerous reports were published by Western and American think tanks on individual and organized ill-treatment of prisoners. Some of the initial information was released by U.S. troops themselves. Various forms of torture of prisoners, such as waterboarding in the United States itself, sparked controversy in the U.S. Congress.

U.S. human rights abuses were not limited to detainees. There were also numerous reports of civilians being harassed during house searches or checkpoints and street raids by soldiers and mercenaries of private security companies such as Blackwater. In this respect, there was no difference between Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo. Perhaps Abu Ghraib can be considered a worse case than Guantanamo because in this prison even young Iraqi girls were sexually tortured by the American military.

Q: How do you assess Iran-U.S. relations in Iraq after 2003? It is said that Iran had reached understandings with the United States during the occupation of Afghanistan and Iraq, but why did the United States turn these understandings into hostility and include Iran in the “axis of evil”?

A: Iran-U.S. relations have always been tense for the last four decades. After 9/11, the Americans took a more hostile stance against the Iranians. The use of the term “axis of evil” in reference to Iran by George W. Bush in 2002 indicated the adoption of an escalatory strategy against Iran. With the occupation of Iraq by the U.S., this country became the scene of confrontation between Tehran and Washington. Iran was concerned and dissatisfied with the full U.S. military presence in Iraq and the repeated threats by White House officials about the need for regime change in Iran. The Americans in Iraq were also reluctant to vacate the battlefield for Tehran. Therefore, Iraq has since become the scene of confrontation between the two axes.

The U.S. is a longtime enemy of Iran and the prospect of its troops being deployed along Iran’s borders as well as [U.S.] provocative actions were a source of potential and tense hostility that threatened any possible understanding.

أسئلة شديدة الملوحة تفرضها العقوبات الأميركيّة

السذج والأغبياء والعملاء يلتقون في هذه الأيام عند تبسيط العقوبات الأميركية التي استهدفت عبر الوزيرين السابقين علي حسن خليل ويوسف فنيانوس، الكثير الكثير أبعد منهما، ويرغبون بتصويرها بأحد عنوانَيْ الفساد أو العلاقة مع حزب الله، أو كليهما. فالسؤال الأول حول الفساد لو أخذنا بما ورد في القرار الأميركي، لماذا لم يتضمن القرار الأميركي أي وثيقة أو اي أرقام أو اي مراجع طالما أنه معني بإثبات مصداقيته، ولا توّجته مطالعة معللة للجهات اللبنانية القضائية والمصرفية تبرر القرار ومندرجاته، طالما أننا نتحدث عن عقوبات، والعقوبات إجراء قضائي معلل. والسؤال الثاني هو، لو سلمنا جدلاً كما يرغب الفرحون بالقرار والمطبّلون للقرار الأميركي، ماذا لو كانت تهمة الفساد غير مقرونة بالتهمة الثانية هل كانت العقوبات لتصدر أصلاً، وكل ما فيها بما في ذلك تهمة الفساد مربوطة بالتهمة الثانية أي العلاقة بحزب الله، مرة بتلقي الأموال منه ومرة بتسهيل حصوله على الأموال، بصورة تنسف واحدة الأخرى، ما يعني بلا مواربة أن العقوبات سياسية، فهل هي فعلاً تتصل بتهمة العلاقة بحزب الله؟

الأغبياء سيقولون نعم إنها عقوبات على الفساد، أما العملاء فسيقولون بلغة أقوى إنها عقوبات على العلاقة بحزب الله، ويبقى للسذج أن يقولوا إنه انتقام عجز عنه القضاء اللبناني لحساب الناس التي فقدت ودائعها وتفقد مقومات الحياة في ظل فئة حاكمة ينتمي المعاقبون إليها، لكن كل هؤلاء يغمسون خارج الصحن، فالسؤال الشديد الملوحة، الذي سيبقى طعمه في حلوقنا وحلوق شعوب كثيرة، ماذا عن عقوبات مماثلة على شخصيات روسية لها ملف موحّد عنوانه، المقربون من الرئيس فلاديمير بوتين من رجال الأعمال الروس، ومثلها شخصيات صينية لها ملف عنوانه، رجال التقنيات الحديثة، وشخصيات إيرانية لها ملف عنوانه، رجال البحث العلمي، وهي ملفات تتولى المخابرات الأميركية إعدادها بالتعاون مع شخصيات وأطراف محلية في كل بلد تنصاع للسياسات الأميركية، وتنتظر عائدات التدخل الأميركي بشكله الجديد بدلاً من الحروب، لإعادة تشكيل السلطات في بلاد العالم، لتتولى وضعها في الحكم؟

جرّب الأميركيون الحروب كطريقة لإعادة تشكيل السلطات في العراق وأفغانستان، فقتلوا القيادات وحلّوا الجيوش والأجهزة الأمنية، واحتلوا البلاد وفرضوا حكاماً عليها بقوة الاحتلال، واكتشفوا سرعة تفكك ما قاموا ببنائه، وأكلافه العالية، وتحلل المجتمعات وولادة أعباء من نوع جديد تفوق قدرة الإدارات الأميركية على تولي إدارتها، وجرب الأميركيون بعدها ما سُمّي بالحروب الناعمة وما تتضمنه من ثورات وفتن وحروب أهلية، ولم تكن النتيجة مختلفة، بين فشل في تحقيق الأهداف وانقلاب الأوضاع إلى عكس الأهداف كحال سورية، او استيلاد أزمات ومحن وفتن وفوضى تصعب إدارة تداعياتها، كحال ليبيا، وهم اليوم، يتخذون لبنان نموذجاً لاختبار بديل جديد، بمثل ما كانت سورية نموذج اختبار الحرب الناعمة، وبمثل ما كان العراق نموذج اختبار الحرب الخشنة، فإن لبنان نموذج لاختبار الحرب البديلة.

الحرب الجديدة، التي لها عنوان الفساد والعلاقة بحزب الله في لبنان، لها عناوين أخرى في روسيا والصين وإيران وبلاد العالم التي ستكون أوروبا لاحقاً ميداناً لها عندما تعتمد التجربة كنموذج قابل للتكرار، هي حرب إعادة تشكيل السلطات في بلاد العالم وفق دفتر الشروط الأميركي، تمهيداً لمطالبتها باتخاذ القرارات التي تلبي المطالب والمصالح الأميركية، فتحت سيف العقوبات والإغراء بجزرة المعونات يُعاد تشكيل المشهد الإعلامي الذي تتصدّره المؤسسات التلفزيونيّة، والتي يتسيّدها رجال أعمال، يقيمون ألف حساب للعقوبات، ومثلهم رجال الأعمال الطامحون للسياسة، والجمعيات الأهلية المنغمسة في السياسة، ثم تتكفل العقوبات برسم معايير صارمة لمن يسمح بتوليهم مسؤوليّة الشأن العام، فتصل الدولة، أي دولة، بعد مسار شبيه بما يجري في لبنان، إلى معادلة قوامها أن يضع كل متطلع لممارسة الشأن العام، إلى كيف لا يكون على لائحة العقوبات، فهل يعقل أن يتولى الرئاسة من يرد اسمه في لائحة عقوبات الدولة الأعظم في العالم ويتعرّض بسببه بلده للحصار الذي يتحوّل تجويعاً، وكيف تسلم الدولة وزاراتها لمن سيقاطعهم الأميركي لأنهم على لوائح عقوباته، وتدريجياً سيتطبّع المشهد السياسي مع الخضوع، ويستسلم للترويض، بين إعلام ونيابة ووزارة ورئاسة وقادة عسكريين وأمنيين وقضاة، نالوا بركة الاستبعاد عن لواح العقوبات، ليس هذا شأن خاص بلبنان، بل استراتيجية حرب بديلة تُختبر في لبنان.

السؤال الشديد الملوحة الأهم هو ماذا بعد، بعد سيقول الأميركيون للطبقة السياسية التي يتولى الإعلام حمايتها بقوة السيف المسلط على الرؤوس واليد المدودة إلى الجيوب ذاتها، هذا هو دفتر الشروط، وهو لبنانياً، لا يخص علي حسن خليل ولا يوسف فنيانوس، بل كل اللبنانيين، ودفتر الشروط اللبناني أميركياً، يبدأ بترسيم البحر وفق المصالح الأميركية، وينتهي بتوطين اللاجئين الفلسطينيين والنازحين السوريين، مروراً بالتطبيع وفقاً للوصفة الإماراتيّة، والإمارات كانت بالمناسبة النموذج السري لاختبار سلاح الحرب الجديدة وقد أثبت فعاليته. وها هي الثمار تنضج أمامنا، فهل ينتبه السذج والأغبياء لما نحن مقبلون عليه، ويرتدع العملاء عن التذاكي، ولتكن الإجابة مباشرة على الأهداف وليس على الوسائل؟

American dream, global nightmare

For many years I have mistakenly believed that police shootings and killings of blacks and Native Americans in the United States occurred because police officers had made some kind of mistake.

The cops were poorly trained, my conscience argued, they made a mistake, but they can be reformed, they can be better trained. I saw it as a lack of training, a phenomenon that occurred due to some accident of circumstances or a moment of confusion. Now I more clearly see that police in the United States—especially white but not only white police—shoot and kill people of color out of hate.  

It has always been this way.  The modern era of black lives doesn’t matter is no aberration.  How can we speak of the ‘Death of the American Dream’ when for millions of people their reality in the land of the free and home of the brave has revolved around the imperatives of struggling to survive in the shadows of predatory capitalism? The violence grew alongside the great European enlightenment, and then the Conquistadors brought conquest and annihilation to the shores of Turtle Island—what the white man calls ‘America’—and to the Spice Islands and the Kingdoms of Kongo and everywhere they went, and then came the galleons packed with once free African men and women sold into the brutality of plantation slavery.  Life for far too many Americans—north, south, central—has always been more nightmare than a dream. 

Our own citizens marginalized by our own U.S. government are not special in this regard. If we the conscious and caring people of the world open our hearts, minds, and eyes, we bear witness to the most horrible suffering, rampant injustice, unspeakable atrocities, war, and plunder being committed against innocent people everywhere.  One might have to dig tooth and nail to get beyond the unprecedented censorship, somehow defeat the exclusive algorithms of social media and reject the false fact-checkers, but the evidence is irrefutable: The power brokers of the United States of America and its closest corporatized allies—Canada, Europe, Israel, Australia, Japan—constitute a supreme and immediate threat to all life on planet Earth.  Of course, to admit this ugly fact one must confront the demons of disbelief and most people will never do that. The fact-checkers would reject it as false in any case.

I have met people all over the world whose consciousness was falsely informed by the idea of the ‘American Dream’, a pure fantasy that has spread and, like a true virus, infected the minds of people free and unfree all over the world. Take the young Congolese soldier who aspires to serve in the U.S. military.  What is the source of this Dream? How does it proliferate in far-off places and everywhere infect so many minds and, it appears, hearts?

The cognitive dissonance that everywhere prevails is due to the power, reach, and success of the western propaganda system. Hollywood and Netflix films travel the world faster than the speed of light and deepen the shadows that everywhere dim the consciousness of humanity.  Life is becoming more machine than man, more man than woman, more disconnected from itself every day. Transhumanism is the new eugenics. Western consciousness is falsified by powerful elite individuals and their institutions of state power, propaganda, and perception management, including the traditional mass media mainstays (e.g. the New York Times, National Public Radio, Observer, Agence France Press, AP, BBC, Washington Post, Newsweek, etc.) but also the antisocial media of the Facebook, Twitter and Google kind.  What else could explain the cognitive dissonance whereby so many of the world’s people act against their own interests in support of a very real contemporary fascism?  

Language has been so utterly perverted to serve the forces that divide and conquer that it is nearly impossible to convey the truth as I see it: people have been deeply conditioned to believe that which is unbelievable and disbelieve the truth even when it hits them right between the eyes.  You don’t have to be a western news consumer to be sick from eating the corporate propaganda of one flavor or another, and so we have entire populations clamoring to have what we in North America have, but not at all prepared to accept the sacrifices that come with having it, and who—not incidentally —are forced to suffer the indignities that come with not having it so that we can.

Fascism, for example, is not about jackboots and swastikas, though there is plenty of that variety in the world, and particularly in today’s Trumpian dystopia, but rather a matter of the health or illness of the character structure of the individual. Otherwise reasonable and thinking human beings are so quickly lost to a cycle of self-fulfilling hysteria (read: fascism) inculcated in their inner being by the many sociological and psychological operations being conducted against them (read: us) by elite interests, predatory corporations, phantasmagorical ‘entertainment’ industries, think tanks, the mass media, and even the charity complex.  The great American Empire does not limit psychological warfare only to the targeting of its enemies, and torture is a useful tool that the Trumps, Bidens, Trudeaus, Clintons, and Netanyahu’s (sic) will quickly and quietly deploy against anyone who has something important truth to tell or anyone who gets in the way of those who don’t want it told.   

The example of toxic pharmaceutical injections (so-called ‘vaccines’) being served on unwitting dark-skinned populations quickly comes to mind, followed immediately by the clamoring for telecom microchip implants that will fundamentally dehumanize humanity.  It’s astonishing that more people don’t see how easily we have been fooled; that they don’t —for example—stand up and tell the elite powers-that-be to stick their toxic injections up their assets. Even if they did, the response is obvious: beat the people up, imprison them, torture them into submission, and stick it to them.

The stellar contemporary example of selling oneself out for the dictates of predatory capitalism is the COVID-19 conspiracy.  The world is overcome by a systematically manufactured fear and it has left people everywhere jumping at shadows, even their own.  One more example would be the conspiracy of 9-11 that for so many years now has informed and driven the great American hatred of all things Islam and all people Islamic and has provided a convenient cover story to justify the permanent warfare economies of the Zionist Anglo-American Empire, and the wars that they feed on. Alas, Islam has no corner on the market of American hate: with the COVID-19(84) scare the North American public has descended into a hysterical xenophobic fear and hatred of all things Chinese.  It doesn’t matter that Bill Gates and his satanic conspirators orchestrated their premeditated profiteering by first moving their pharmaceutical interests offshore to some far-off place called Wuhan.  Fear is the most valuable currency wielded by the people that pretend to be our ‘leaders’.

The disconnect between what is real and what is virtual is nowhere so starkly obvious, and sometimes horrible, and universally beautiful, as it is when you exit technological ‘civilization’—the matrix of indoctrination and conditioning that revolves around the bombardment of the senses with constant advertising and infotainment and subliminal seduction—and enter what westerners have been conditioned to see as the ‘uncivilized’ world comprised of rural Africa, Asia, Latin America or West Asia.

Indeed, the entire juggernaut of capitalism and its ‘achievements’—if global dominance, pollution, disease, trafficking in women and children, war crimes and genocide count as achievements, which for the psychopaths in power, they do—and the global onslaught of the multinational corporation is based on the expropriation of raw materials from all over the earth and the perpetual re-supply and re-stimulation of the ‘global’ economy for the production of unnecessary and unwanted products peddled by unnecessary and unwanted corporations to justify unnecessary and unwanted ecological destruction.

The pace of our modern world makes it impossible for people to navigate the facts or fictions about events and policies that define our reality. Global surveillance, data collection, and social engineering are no longer the exclusive haunts of the spooks at the CIA, MI-6, or MOSSAD. Now everyone is at risk of becoming the unwitting pushers of propaganda that would be nauseating to a truly awakened consciousness.  It seems people are so hopelessly lost that they will without question choose to sacrifice their children to save their own bodies.  And so, what do we have? We have an Empire of otherwise good people blindly doing everything wrong and convinced they are the greatest saints in the universe.  They follow the pied pipers of propaganda condoning the most egregious crimes committed in the name of the great state’s red white and blue, atrocities the likes of which they cannot even imagine and committed by the dirtiest spymasters and covert operatives. 

We may indeed be at the end of an era, but this has nothing to do with the monumental fraud of the upcoming U.S. national elections. True, these may cause the great Satanical Empire to pause, but only so much as one white supremacist war-mongering philanderer might be substituted for another.  And there is the great hope for so many people of the world, it seems: they believe that all that needs to be done is swap one delusional white savior for another, and truth and justice will be restored to the world. Nothing can be further from the truth. There is no such thing as the lesser of two evils.  The American dream is not so much dead as it is adrift on a dark and stormy sea. 

This does not mean that the end is near, although in global environmental terms I personally believe it is.  The corpse may yet be revealed.  Who can say for sure?  The evidence suggests that positive feedback loops have been set in motion and the climate is spiraling out of control.  Thus, it is only a matter of time for all of us. There is a bigger picture, but North Americans and Brits and Israelis are wholly incapable of seeing it.  

I often say: “If you are reading the New York Times you are contributing to your own mental illness.”  This is no joke: I am completely serious. (Substitute any other mainstay of the western corporate-prostituted media and the statement still applies.)  My sincerity comes after foolishly dedicating years of my life to researching world events, investigating the corruption of the Empire, juxtaposing these with the realities I have seen and experienced, and comparing them to the propaganda produced by our so-called democratic society.  These are advertising delivery mechanisms meant to manipulate public opinion and manufacture consent while simultaneously making someone a lot of money.  The reaction by consumers of western propaganda to my thesis is generally hysterical.  The smarter ones are certain that they are immune to the dirty tricks of the propaganda pundits, and so they reject the thesis outright, and with great disdain, if not laughter, but only after lecturing me about their clairvoyance (and my ignorance).  The more intellectual the consumer of this propaganda, the more arrogant the certainty of their immunity to it.  

These intellectuals couldn’t be more wrong.  Miseducated by the best colleges, they are like academics living in their own little worlds, debating amongst themselves, or like the politicians that inhabit the wasteland of private profit and perfidious power we call the U.S. ‘Congress’.  Do you think they have ever read such great works as the Upanishads? The Abbasids?  The Conceptions of Nature and Methods Used for Its Study by the Ikhwan al Safa, al-Biruni, and Ibn Sina?  The Koran?

The American dream lives on in many good people, and that is because we hold out a flicker of hope that someday of reckoning might be near, that a deeper consciousness will take hold, that enough people will stand up to the evil—in all its ugly cowardly petty manifestations—and together with good people of all nations and colors and faiths the world over we will usher in a new paradigm that is grounded in wisdom and love.

إنزال «إسرائيلي» في أبو ظبي وإعلان حرب ضدّ طهران…!

الإنزال «الإسرائيلي» خلف خطوط تاريخ العرب والمسلمين وجغرافيا محور المقاومة وتحديداً على بعد ١٥ كم من حدود الجمهورية الإسلامية، لم يكن الهدف منه التطبيع فحسب، فهذا كان موجوداً بالأساس مع الإمارات وسائر دول مجلس التعاون عدا الكويت منذ سنين…!

انّ هدف هذا الخرق الاستعراضي الوقح في الشكل والجوهر في هذه اللحظة التاريخية هو نقل مستوى الصراع بين الجانبين من مجرد حرب استخبارية وخوض معارك «ناعمة» واغتيالات كانت قد شهدتها ولايات عديدة من الإمارات بالتنسيق بين كلّ من الموساد الإسرائيلي والاستخبارات الأميركية وأمن أبو ظبي خلال العقود الماضية كان آخرها عملية قتل المبحوح باعتباره صلة الوصل بين فلسطين المحتلة وطهران، وذلك في دبي في العام ٢٠١٠، وفر لها مدير شرطة دبي المتبجّح ضاحي خلفان الغطاء العملياتي الكامل… إلى حرب مفتوحة بين تل إبيب وطهران…!

وفي هذا السياق كشف مصدر أوروبي غربي واسع الاطلاع، مختصّ بالشأن الإيراني، في إطار تعليق له على اتفاقية الإمارات مع «إسرائيل»، بما يلي:

تمّ تشغيل غرفة عمليات أمنية عسكرية أميركية إسرائيلية سعودية، بداية شهر حزيران الماضي، في أبو ظبي.
الهدف المرسوم لهذه الغرفة هو: تحقيق كلّ ما فشلت الولايات المتحدة و«إسرائيل» والسعودية في تحقيقه، خلال السنوات العشرين الماضية، وذلك قبل نهاية هذا العام، أيّ قبل ان يتسلم الرئيس الأميركي الذي سيُنتخب في شهر ١١/٢٠٢٠، مهامه.
اما عن طبيعة هذا الهدف، حسب القائمين على تشغيل الغرفة، فهو اختراق الوضع الإيراني، من خلال دمج أسلوب إحداث الفوضى الشاملة، والاحتجاجات الشعبية الواسعة النطاق، مع عمليات تخريب عسكرية داخل إيران، تبدأ بتنفيذها مجموعات مسلحة، جرى ويجري تدريبها في أبو ظبي، وسيتمّ التطرق لها لاحقاً.
يمثل الإدارة الأميركية (وزارة الخارجية) في هذه اللجنة إليوت أبرامز، الذي تمّ تعيينه حديثاً مسؤولاً عن الملف الإيراني، بعد استقالة بريان هوك المفاجئة من هذا المنصب، بينما يمثل السعوديه بندر بن سلطان، فيما يمثل الإمارات طحنون بن زايد.
ملاحظة: من الجدير بالذكر انّ بندر بن سلطان يدير ملف العمليات الخارجية، في المخابرات السعودية، وهو يشرف على كافة تفاصيل هذه العلاقات، سواء كانت مع أفراد او تنظيمات او أحزاب، ايّ أنه هو من يدير العلاقات مع التنظيمات التكفيرية مثل القاعدة وداعش وغيرهما.

بينما يتولى تركي الفيصل إدارة ملف العلاقات مع جميع الشخصيات والتنظيمات والأحزاب الدينية، التي تدور في فلك السعوديه، ولعلّ علاقاته مع تنظيم «مجاهدي خلق» أوضح الأمثلة على نشاطاته.

اما المدرّبون فعددهم ٣٢ ضابطاً، بينهم عشرون ضابطاً أردنياً وخمسة سعوديين وسبعة إماراتيين، بالإضافة الى أربعة ضباط ارتباط وتنسيق أميركيين، وضابطين إسرائليين برتبة رائد يقومون بمهمات المتابعة الاستخبارية، وبرمجة تدريب أعضاء المجموعة الأولى، على عمليات جمع المعلومات الاستخبارية، بعد دخولهم الى إيران.

يقوم الديوان الملكي السعودي، وكذلك الأميري في أبو ظبي، بتغطية نفقات هذه الغرفة، من خلال قنوات خاصة بذلك، لا علاقة لها بأيّ جهات إدارية أخرى في الدولتين، وهي نفقات غير محدّدة بالأرقام. ايّ أنها تتمتع، عملياً، بموازنة مفتوحة وبلا سقف محدّد.
علماً انّ هذا الأسلوب متبع لدى المخابرات السعودية والخليجية وبأوامر أميركية. وقد سبق لكونداليزا رايس ان أعطت أمراً شفوياً، لبندر بن سلطان، حين كان سفيراً في واشنطن منتصف تسعينيات القرن الماضي، لتغطية نشاط خارجي، لجهة عربية غير سعودية، بدون تحديد أيّ سقف لتلك التغطية المالية، ما يعني أنها مفتوحة، خاصة أنها أكدت لإبن سلطان على ضرورة التغطية مهما بلغت الأرقام.

كما أكد المصدر انّ هذه الغرفة قد شرعت، منذ أواسط شهر حزيران ٢٠٢٠، بتدريب المجموعات التالية:
شبان باكستانيون، من قومية البلوش الباكستانية، عدد ٨٦ فرد.
شبان إيرانيون، من قومية البلوش في إيران، عدد ١٠٢ فرداً.
شبان أفغان، من قوميتي الطاجيك والهزارة، في مقاطعة حيرات(هرات)، عدد ٧١ فرداً.
شبان إيرانيون، من عرب الاحواز (اهواز)، عدد ٦٩ فرداً.
افراد من «مجاهدي خلق»، ممن يتحدّرون من اصول إيرانية، ومقيمون في مختلف الدول الأوروبية، عدد ٢٤٦ فرداً.
وهم يكملون الآن دورة تدريبية عسكرية، في القاعدة الجوية بمدينة زايد جنوب غرب أبو ظبي، مدتها ثمانية أسابيع.

كذلك سيخضع عدد مماثل، للعدد المذكور أعلاه، لدورة تدريبية لمدة ثمانية أسابيع أيضاً، في معسكر صحراوي، أقيم خصيصاً لهذا الغرض، شرق بلدة عَصَب، بالقرب من الخط رقم E 65، وسيتمّ تدريبهم على عمليات القوات الخاصة.
أما عن نوعية التدريبات، التي ستخضع لها هذه المجموعات، فقد أضاف المصدر:
انّ المجموعه الأولى ستتلقى تدريبات عسكرية شاملة على الشكل التالي:

أ ـ التدريب على كافة أنواع الأسلحة الفردية، من بنادق رشاشة ومسدسات وقنابل يدوية دفاعية وهجومية، مختلفة العيارات. بالإضافة إلى التدريب على استخدام الرشاشات المتوسطة، كرشاش PKS، والرشاشات الثقيلة، من مختلف أنواع الرشاشات عيار ٢٣ ملم.

ب) التدريب على استخدام القذائف الصاروخية المضادة للدروع، خاصة قذائف «آر بي جي» وصواريخ «لاو»، وغيرها من القذائف المضادة للدروع.

ج) التدرّب ليس فقط على استخدام كافة أنواع المتفجرات وخاصة طرق إعداد العبوات الجانبية وزرعها على الطرق وتفجيرها عن بعد، وإنما على تصنيع عدة أنواع منها بمواد مزدوجة الاستخدام، لمواجهة ظروف ميدانية معينة قد لا يتوفر فيها مجال تزويد بعض تلك المجموعات بذخائر ومتفجرات من الخارج.

د) التدرّب على تنفيذ عمليات: اغتيالات بمسدسات مع كواتم صوت/ تنفيذ عمليات تفجير من خلال زرع عبوات ناسفة وتفجيرها عن بعد/ عمليات تخريب دون استخدام الأسلحة خاصة في محطات الطاقة ومحولات نقل الطاقة/ عمليات إغارة سريعة على أهداف ثابتة، كحواجز الجيش والقوى الأمنية او مواقع ومنشآت هامة، والانسحاب السريع الى نقاط الانطلاق.

هـ) التدرّب على السباحة وقيادة الزوارق المطاطية.

أما المجموعة الثانية، ودائماً حسب المصدر، فإنها ستتدرّب على:

– تنفيذ العمليات الخاصة على النمط الذي يستخدمه الجيش الأردني، وهو نمط هجين بين تدريبات قوة ديلتا الأميركية وتدريبات القوات الخاصة البريطانية.

– علماً انّ هذه المجموعات سيتمّ استخدامها او تفعيلها، بعد ان يتمّ إدخالها تسللاً الى الداخل الإيراني، عندما تبدأ الفوضى الشعبية في الشارع، وذلك بهدف تنفيذ عمليات استعراضية (بمعنى مؤثرة) للتأثير على معنويات المواطنين سلباً وإيجاباً وإعطاء الدفع المعنوي للمجموعات المعادية للثوره داخل إيران.

كما توفرت معلومات، غير مؤكدة ١٠٠٪ حتى الآن، بأنّ مجموعة أخرى، قوامها ١٢٠ فرداً إيرانياً وباكستانياً وأفغانياً، يجري تدريبهم في مدينة التدريب المسماة: مدينة محمد بن زايد للتدريب، التابعه للجيش الأردني في الأردن، والتي تمّ بناؤها بتمويل إماراتي كامل وافتتحت في شهر ٣/٢٠١٩.
أما عن طرق تسريب هؤلاء الإرهابيين، الى داخل إيران، فقد أكد المصدر على انّ ذلك سيتمّ عبر:

*البحر، من الإمارات، والحدود العراقية، منطقة شمال البصرة وخانقين، على الحدود الغربية لإيران.

*عبر الحدود الباكستانية الإيرانية، اذ انّ أولئك الذين سيتمّ تشغيلهم في المناطق الشرقية والجنوبية الشرقية من إيران، سيتمّ إدخالهم من منطقة تافتان ، بعد ان يتمّ نقلهم بالطائرات الى مطار جوزاك ، الذي يبعد ١٢ كم عن الحدود مع إيران، وليس الى مطار تافتان، الذي لا يبعد سوى ٣ كم عن الحدود الإيرانية مع باكستان، وذلك بهدف إيصالهم الى بلدة ميرجاوه حيث توجد نقطة ارتكاز، في تلك المنطقة، تديرها الاستخبارات السعودية.

*عبر الحدود الأفغانية الإيرانية، حيث سيتمّ نقل المجموعات الأفغانية، التي سيجري إدخالها الى إيران، جواً الى مطار حيرات (هرات) ثم يتسللون الى داخل إيران، بمساعدة عناصر استخبارية أميركية من المواطنين الأفغان المحليين، باتجاه ما يطلقون عليه اسم: قواعد ارتكاز، في كلّ من:

سانغان / قاسم آباد ومنطقة مشهد ريزه .

منطقة أحمدآباد / تُربَتْ إيجام (تربت جام) .

كلّ هذا تعرفه طهران بالطبع كما تعرفه قوى محور المقاومة ولديها سجل كلّ الخونة والمتعاملين، وهي لهم بالمرصاد…!
