GAZA, (PIC)-- Sara Flounders, director of Clarke foundation's external relations, said that former US Attorney General Ramsey Clarke is making great efforts to end Gaza blockade, expressing at the same time her sorry for all the Palestinians killed by Israel inside and outside prisons.

Flounders during a meeting between Clarke and families of prisoners in Gaza expressed her dismay at the financial and military support given by her country to Israel, which is used to kill civilians.

She also hailed in a speech Palestinian women in Gaza for their ability to stay steadfast despite all hardships and stressed that the world learned good lessons from Gaza people, most importantly the resilience and patience they demonstrate and teach to their children.

The US activist underlined that despite the short time she would spend in Gaza, but she and the delegation learnt why the world respect and support Gaza people, saying that the reason for this respect is the resistance and the insistence on protecting it.

The activist finally highlighted that Clarke foundation will keep standing by the Palestinian institutions elected democratically by the Palestinian people who chose their government, defended it and rejected all attempts to marginalize and subjugate it.
