Hariri Speech Pours in Interest of US-Zionist Scheme, Incites People to Participate in 14 March Event

Al Intqad, Ali Mattar

The Lebanese caretaker Prime Minister Saad Hariri let go the speech on justice and truth and adopted other speeches in which he attacked the resistance's arms and intellect.

Sources said that Hariri's instigating speech is not unusual, especially after the visit of the two US congressmen John Mc Cain and Joseph Lieberman to Lebanon, during which they gave directions to the March 14 camp and to Saad Hariri to adopt a new speech and language that targets the resistance; after the failure of the US-"Israeli" scheme embodied in the 2006 July war on Lebanon, hence a complete failure of "Israel".

Murad: Hariri's Speech Serves Interest, Logic of US-"Israeli" Scheme

In this context, head of the "Union Party" and former Minister Abdel Rahim Murad said "It is clear that the US instructions brought by the US congressmen John Mc Cain and Joseph Lieberman has become apparent in Hariri's actions, who seems to have forgotten about the tribunal, justice and truth and has a main concern now, the resistance and its weapons." Murad further noted "This speech and action clearly pour into the logic and interest of the US-"Israeli" scheme."

In an interview with Al Intiqad newspaper, Murad revealed that the US, "Israel", and their Arab allies who lost the July war and the STL battle against the resistance entrusted the 14 March camp to attack the intellect of the resistance and its arms, adding "The resistance achieved victory in the year 2000 and liberated Lebanon from the Zionist occupation, also achieved victory in the 2006 July war and defeated "Israel" badly. This resistance forms a great defense system to the people and this victory echoed in the Arab streets and among the Arab youth who revolted against the regimes of tyranny. By that, the resistance became a threat to them in every Arab country. And so, the US recommended them to fight the resistance during the July War but failed, and then they started to attack the resistance through the Special Tribunal for Lebanon. Today, they have stated new slogans through the March 14 camp in Lebanon to fight the resistance."

Murad also noted that the second concern of Hariri is sectarian instigation in an attempt to instigate the Sunni public opinion in preparation for the March 14 "event which will be held against the resistance". The former Minister explained that there will be no focus on the Rafik Hariri assassination, as it is no longer that important to them.

Kassem Hashem: March 14 Crazy Attacks... An Interpretation to Mc Cain, Lieberman Speech, Feltman Recommendations

On his part, member of the Development and Liberation Bloc MP Kassem Hashem told Al Intiqad that Hariri's speech assures that the main target is the resistance rather than truth and justice.

Hashem referred that this campaign launched by the March 14 team, comes as a formula or translation of McCain's and Lieberman's directions, and a commitment to Feltman's directions, who happens to be the sponsor of this team. He confirmed that the March 14 team represents part of the US dependency system, in confronting the path of the resistance on the level of Lebanon and the region.

Kassem Hashem further stressed that Saad Hariri's latest speech is a speech aiming at serving the enemies of Lebanon for no return.

Development and Liberation Bloc MP affirmed that this speech is a coup on all national choices, adding that Hariri wants to take back Lebanon to the time of weakness and foreign dependency.

He referred if the team [March 14] continues on their path then they will have to hold responsibility of the repercussions of Saad Hariri's speech.

Hashem believed that Hariri's speech is an inflammatory speech that aims at restoring the sectarian crowd on the memory of March 14.

He said, "If that team believes that through this method they could trigger incitement and expand the area of incitement of the March 14 memory, then this will but upgrade the flame of incitement and shake stability".
