The second phase of the armistice deal in the cities of Zabadani and Kefraya and Al-Foua has begun on Monday Morning with the arrival of a convoy of ambulances and buses to the cities in preparation to bring out the wounded from both sides simultaneously.
Under the agreement, 336 wounded with their families in besieged Kefraya and Foua in Northern Aleppo countryside would be evacuated to the Turkish border from where they will then fly to Beirut.
On the other hand, 123 wounded militants with their families in Al-Zabadani city in Damascus countryside will have a safe passage to Beirut airport and from there to their final destination Turkey with the aid of the Red Cross.
A convoy of vehicles and ambulances belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) arrived at the Masnaa border crossing escorted by General Security cars, media reports said.
