IOF message of congratulation to Haniya.

After his letter of congratulation to Mursi Via Israeli Embasy in Cairo, Netanyahu, delivered  a message of congratulation to Haniya.

Six months ago Haniyeh claimed that Hamas Presence with Brotherhood Threatens Israel

I don't think heniya did well in describing Hamas as the "jihadi movement of the Brotherhood with a Palestinian face." because its a known fact and will neither confuse or frighten Israel.

Haniya statement may have pleased his guide but shall backfire and and will hurt the image of Hamas, who starved all the time to pose as an independent Palestinian resistance movement with an Isalmic face, not as a MB's tool.

His statement will justify and give credibilety to Mubarak's accusations and actions, that Hamas is threatening Egypt's security, and interfering in Egypt's matters. Haniya denied Mubarak accusations:
In a speech marking the first anniversary of Operation Cast Lead, Ismail Haniyyeh turned to "the air force hero" (Mubarak was the commander of the Egyptian Air Force during the Yom Kippur War) and told him, "We are not threatening Egypt's security, we are not interfering in Egypt's matters, and we were forced to use the tunnels as an exceptional default option due to the situation we were pushed into."

Today, the Zionist entity carried out an airstrike on the city of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip.

Palestinian witnesses said the strike, which was conducted during the early hours of Monday, left no casualties.

The Israeli army claimed in a statement that the attack targeted a group of Palestinians “preparing to fire rockets against southern Israel.”

Israeli jets strike Gaza, tests truce

Israeli warplanes launched an unprovoked attack on the Gaza Strip early Monday, causing some material damage, but no casualties, witnesses said.

A site belong to Hamas' military wing, Al-Qassem Brigades, in the Zeitoun district was hit, Ma'an news agency reported, causing damage to the property, but no injuries.

Palestinian witnesses said a later strike hit an open area in the Deir al-Balah region in the central Gaza Strip, again without causing injuries.

The Israeli army said in a statement it was targeting "a group of terrorists preparing to fire rockets against south Israel."

Israel frequently uses such pretenses to launch unprovoked assaults on the Gaza Strip, which the Jewish state has besieged since 2007, drawing accusations of maintaining an open air prison of 1.5 million Palestinians.

Over 50 major international organizations, including UN agencies, signed a petition last month urging Israel to lift the blockade, arguing that the siege was in violation of international law.

Israel's latest attack on Gaza tests a fragile Egyptian-brokered truce that ended three days of violence over a week ago that claimed the lives of eight Palestinians, including a 14-year-old boy.
Another Israeli strike later that week killed another Palestinian man.
