The Takfiri militants, ISIL, ISIS they are basically behaving in the same exact way that organized Jewish interests – the Zionists – did in the early part of last century when they invaded the holy land and began wholesale slaughter of men, women and children.
Press TV has conducted an interview with Mark Glenn, a political commentator from Idaho, about Amnesty International accusing ISIL militants of systematic ethnic cleansing.
The following is an approximate transcript of the interview.
Press TV: Amnesty International is now accusing the Takfiri militants of ethnic cleansing and mass killings. Of course this is nothing new. Why do you think at this time we are seeing more and more condemnations coming out of much of the international community?
Glenn: The first thing we should apply to this is a little bit of historical perspective. The Takfiri militants, ISIL, ISIS – what are they doing? They are basically behaving in the same exact way that organized Jewish interests – the Zionists – did in the early part of last century when they invaded the holy land and began wholesale slaughter of villages, men, women and children.
So, really this is just a recreation – a historical recreation or reenactment if you want to call it that – of what the Zionists have done to the Palestinians, to the Lebanese and to the other people in the region now for the last century.
So nobody should be particularly surprised by this given the fact that it has been established now that these groups are the creation of this marriage-made-in-hell between the Zionists and Western capitalist countries such as the United States and the UK. Basically what we have here: we had the creation of the Jewish State; and now we have a group of terrorists who are attempting to create the Islamic State.
I think that the reasons that Amnesty International and these other organizations are beginning to pay attention is that they are forced to, they have no other choice because of the internet and alternative media, people now are able to find out information that years ago when there was this monopoly on the control of the flow of information things like massacres were kept hidden from people.
So now Amnesty International and other groups have no choice but to cover these things because if they don’t cover them people are going to find out about them on their own.
Press TV: Now what, now that this monster has been created, what do you think it is going to take? On the one hand we see for example the United States and the UK, France and other Western countries on the surface condemning what is happening in Iraq – and even in Syria now; but we know that they were part of the problem that led to the creation of this ISIL entity.
So what do you think right now is going to happen we hear the United States talking about even bombing them in Syria without of course permission… and also we see some attacks taking place in Iraq – What is this all about right now, the relationship with the West and the way that they’re talking about handling ISIL, which many say is a Western-Zionism-Persian Gulf creation?
Glenn: I don’t think we should make the mistake of applying the same strictures as we would… let’s take for example, Israel: it started out as this little problem and finally it became this monster that is uncontrollable now and of course this is due to the fact that Israel is armed to the teeth and possesses nuclear weapons. And the will to use it against anyone that perhaps to even look sideways at her.
ISIS and ISIL are not in the same situation. They are fighting with funds and weapons and arms that the United States gave them and is continuing to give them.
If the United States really was determined to bring this thing to an end there is no question about the fact that they could control so that they have the justification for going in and doing to Syria what they were about to do a year ago this month, but were prevented from doing so because of the intercession of Russia’s President Vladimir Putin.
So I don’t think we should make the mistake of saying that ISIS and ISIL are uncontrollable. If the United States and the West truly wanted to rein these wild animals in they could do it quite effortlessly.
They want to use this as an excuse to basically finish up what they were unable to get started a year ago with the invasion of Syria that never took place.
